This hotel is just like a gallery, many awesome paintings, the breakfast is quite good and the staffs are so kind and friendly. Most importantly, the location is so convenient, you can't imagine more.

All staff were professional, friendly and English speaking. The building is old, so there may be some troubles, but the attention will be paid immediately and solved for the best possible result. I was so impressed. The location is so convenient that you can walk to all the important places in Firenze. On the second night, I stayed in the double room on the first floor and the room was renovated nicely, and the key was the new card type. I recommend this choice. Very comfortable. I will come back.
