We had a great stay at this hotel in Florence. The family suite was spacious with a smart layout that offered privacy and comfort, which made it perfect for our friends’ group.
Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options each morning. The location is also excellent — close to the train station and just a short walk from Florence city center. There are plenty of mini markets nearby where we could easily grab snacks and water.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

酒店距離火車站步行五分鐘，路上黑人較多，周圍餐廳很多外出就餐很多選擇.
衞生：老式酒店了，設施有點舊了，房間還算乾淨，房間很小，二個人有點擠，冷氣很足，這點很好
服務：還行，前台帥哥很帥，那個大叔也是很歐洲很紳士看看比較養眼.
早餐不錯，選擇比較多，羊角麪包就比較一般，有服務生主動送來咖啡和茶，這家餐廳在2018年以前連續被評為米其林，酒店門口有貼標簽
酒店出門右轉➡️再左轉20米，有一個本地人平價超市，麪包水果蔬菜牛奶都🈶賣，很方便

能在比較中心去配有停車場這個比較難找，停車場晚上有大門鎖，感覺挺安全的，自駕方便、停車安心。就是老酒店設施有點陳舊，衞生還可以，早餐不錯。位置還行，步行到聖母百花和烏菲茲分別不到二十分鐘，離江邊也很近。

前台服務不錯，有任何問題都會很快解決，門口對面就有一家意餐店，性價比超高，我們吃了兩天。酒店房間在佛村算是大的，衞生間很大。周邊街區有中東人和黑人，看到小偷吵架，晚上不是安全。

This hotel offers private parking within the ZTL, very important if you are travelling with a rental.
The view of Florence from our hotel room which was the top floor was breathtaking, and the room was very spacious.
Overall well worth the money we paid for.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. The room is clean and the view is gorgeous. The hotel is also inclusive for minorities, which enhances our experiences at Florence.

Great location, close to all the famous landmarks and the train station. However the hotel itself was showing its age. The room and hallway had the mushy scent and the wall was thin.

Good location. Love the spacious comfort room . Room had 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very spacious toilet . Generous toiletries. Breakfast served from 7am. Friendly hotel staff. Highly recommend
