We booked a suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, one of which even had a large bathtub. All four of us girls were extremely satisfied. The handsome guys and beautiful ladies on staff provided excellent service, and they even sent up a large fruit platter. What impressed me most was the separate sterilization cabinet for the towels and bath towels – you can sterilize them before use! The quality and feel of the towels were superb. Both the hardware and software were top-notch. The location is also great, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend!"

"Because the service is so good, I came here to write a review! The room 🏠 is a single-family cabin on the mountainside (Picture 4). You can soak in the hot springs as you like when you check in (Pictures 1-3). There are open-air and indoor hot springs, and there is also a water park indoors. From 1:30 p.m. Open until 9pm. Service: The hotel's service is really good. Maybe it's because there are few people staying, so it can accommodate all aspects. Whenever we meet a waiter, he will enthusiastically ask if we need help. One night, when we got home late at night, we walked back to the cabin on the mountainside and met the store owner. The store owner also made a special trip to drive a battery cart to take us to the door of the room. The lady who served breakfast also asked Zhong asked what he wanted to eat and cook, for fear that he would not be full."

"If you're booking soon, make sure to read the fine print! The hotel has been under renovation for the past few months, and it's incredibly, incredibly, incredibly noisy during the day. If you need to spend time in your room during the day, I'd strongly advise against booking. On the plus side, the location is great: Qin Palace is just across the road, and it's only about a kilometer to the Qingming Shanghe Garden and Dream Valley – easily walkable or a quick 8-yuan taxi ride. You can even catch the drone show from your room at night!"

"I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times. Both the cleanliness and service are excellent, the price is very reasonable, parking is convenient, and the location is superb. It's right in the city center, making it easy to travel. It's only half an hour from Hengdian World Studios. There's also a charming old-fashioned scenic area nearby, and a night market nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated, with excellent design and decor. They even provide disposable toiletries, making it very clean. I especially appreciate that the room has disposable bath towels, hand towels, and disposable cups."

"I arrived at the front desk past 5 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. The housekeeper said they needed to check the room, so I waited a bit. The slippers were so flimsy they felt like paper and completely useless. The floor seemed like it hadn't been mopped in ages, covered in long hairs. When I went to shower, there was no shampoo or shower gel, just some leftover from the previous guest. What's the point of checking the room then? Might as well not have bothered. Seriously, the hygiene is a major concern."

Next time I have the opportunity to go back to Hengdian for shooting, I plan to book a full room because I heard from the proprietress that their breakfast is also great and I really want to try it."

"This hotel in Weishan Town, a town in Dongyang, is quite nice, a near-four-star hotel. It's right next to a shopping mall, making it convenient for dining and entertainment, and there's even a late-night snack street downstairs. The hotel lobby is quite grand, but the staff is quite sparse. I booked two rooms, and the front desk upgraded both. The rooms are spacious, with separate wet and dry bathrooms, two sinks, and comfortable bedding. Breakfast is served on the sixth floor from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and the variety is quite good. It's not crowded, so it's quiet, and the window seats offer a beautiful view. A few negatives: the air conditioner was loud, which prevented a good night's sleep. The shower was too weak. Although the room had electric curtains, they didn't provide adequate shade. When daybreak arrived, it felt like lying in the open air, letting in sunlight."

"When we checked in, we were a group of two adults and one child. The front desk lady reluctantly gave us a 38-yuan breakfast, so I have to give her a thumbs-up and write a good review. This was the last stop on our holiday trip. When we booked, we were captivated by the ambiance and wanted to take our time, enjoy some tea and take some photos. We ended up staying out late at the Qingming Riverside Scene. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM, and the housekeeper was eager to welcome us. There were snacks and a pot of cornstarch in the room. The bedding was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The hotel's amenities were excellent, with thoughtful decor and bold colors, a perfect balance of retro and modern. However, after checking out, I didn't see the collectibles on the basement floor everyone mentioned, and the housekeeper didn't mention them. The hotel is located near a manor, and the overall ambiance is also very nice, but if you're concerned about real estate, be careful when choosing a hotel. As for the service...it's truly commendable, and they practice conservation and environmental protection... The huge room only had a box of tissue paper at the head of the bed. There were trash cans at both ends of the room and the bathroom (they were so far apart that we, who love hygiene, had to move passively). There was no trash can at the washbasin... There was no socket in the washroom, so we couldn't enjoy the Dyson hair dryer right away... There were 4 bottles of Huangshan mineral water in the room. Because we were thirsty after a day of playing, we asked the housekeeper to send a few more bottles of mineral water to the room. The housekeeper responded quickly and put 4 small bottles of Nongfu Spring in a beautiful Hermès yellow pocket to balance our electrolytes... The breakfast was not worthy of the room rate of more than 1,000 yuan and the environment. We came from the mountains and accepted the semi-buffet meal, but it was too stingy. 5 slices of bread were placed on the plate. After asking the housekeeper, they waited until the toasted bread was cold before taking out the butter and jam. The butter was sliced into very small pieces (they said they were afraid it would melt). The coffee machine was broken and could only make pure coffee. I'm sorry about the Dior cups. The wontons were okay, but the steamed cakes had been steamed for too long and the base had melted... Furthermore, the restaurant's steward, despite being in an upscale setting, looked down on guests with large appetites. When they saw another guest requesting a bowl of wonton soup, they asked for more in a larger bowl. The steward became impatient and miscommunication. Overall, it's a good hotel, and we hope it gets better. After all, we'd love to stay here again next time we're in Hengdian. 😍😍👍👍👍"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very grand, however is a bit dated. The breakfast has so many choices and you can watch the pork buns being made and cooked in the restaurant. We received a complimentary bag of fruit each day and a departure gift. The hotel is very accessible to the Dream Valley (water and amusement park), Qin Palace and Scenic Parks. I have included a photo of Dream Valley from our hotel window. The water park was not functioning yet as we didn't visit during Summer, but the amusement and sea animal side of the park was open. Qin Palace and Scenic Park are joined and just across the road from Dream Valley. I personally liked the Scenic Park the most out of all the parks. The close proximity of the hotel enabled us to go back to our hotel for a rest half way through the day. There is a lot of ground to cover. The Western restaurant at the hotel appeared to be closed, and there was not lunch restaurant open in the hotel. There is a small Chinese restaurant at the hotel open at night. We walked into town about 15 mins to the food street for lunch. The hotel is located in a small green area away from the Main Street. The Forbidden City and Guangzhou/Hong Kong parks are about a 15 min taxi ride away from the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you plan on going to Hengdian World Studios."

"Booked the Hengdian World Studios Tourism Building for a friend, and they were super satisfied! The location is excellent, close to all the attractions, making getting around very convenient. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, quiet and not noisy, making for a very comfortable stay overall. The room was cozy and comfortable, thoughtfully arranged, with soft bedding, and the hygiene was top-notch, with full amenities. My friend said they rested really well after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it offers great value for money and good service. They'll definitely choose this place again next time they come to Hengdian. Highly recommend it to everyone!"
