The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable."

"The hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!"

"Excellent! Clean, quiet, and full of character. We visited in April, and the room had an antique charm. The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. The hotel is near the North Gate, very close to the Bell Tower, which makes it super convenient for catching various shows. We could even pop back to the room for a quick rest if we got tired. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful!"

Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded."

"When visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience."

"I was in Hengdian World Studios for a competition, and instead of choosing the hotel recommended by the event organizers, my child immediately fell in love with Chengyi, which was 7 kilometers away. The moment we opened the door, we stepped right into the fairytale world of Doraemon! It was such a delightful surprise, with soft, cute blue and white Doraemon elements everywhere. My child ran straight into the Doraemon-themed little nook as soon as we entered. The space was bright and spacious, not cramped at all, and every detail showed thoughtfulness. P.S. They also provide late-night snacks (noodles, wontons, dumplings, and white fungus soup), and there are charging stations in the parking lot behind the hotel!"

You know that feeling of bliss when you can head straight back to the hotel to rest after watching the evening parade? Pure happiness! The hotel environment is great too; the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast quality is also excellent. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel even sent well wishes, which made us all feel incredibly happy. There's a dedicated drying area for laundry, which is very convenient, though the hotel has a bit of a shortage of washing machines. It would be even better if they could add a few more. "After a long day running around on set, all I wanted was to crash. The hotel's mattress, hand-picked by the owner, was perfect – not too soft, not too firm, just what I needed for my aching back. There were two pillows, one high and one low, so you could pick your preference. The shower had great water pressure; after a day of shooting photos, a quick rinse brought me right back to life. In the evenings, if I didn't feel like going out, I'd just veg out in bed and binge-watch shows – yes, binge-watching shows in Hengdian, that's the irony! If you've got energy to spare, there are shared e-bikes right outside the hotel, and you can zip to the night market in 5 minutes. Comfy bed, cool AC – that's all I needed. Big thanks to Z at the front desk for the warm service!"
