GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

XXiaobudiandiandianUgh, yeah. I went to Hengdian to see my idol. It was crazy, and my pursuit was just as wild. It was my first time there, and my fellow fan and I had no idea where to stay. After much deliberation, we finally settled on Chengyi. I always see people online saying that most hotels in Hengdian have terrible rooms, with dirty and messy environments. So, when we arrived at the hotel to check in, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders. We were so lucky! The hotel's ambiance is very elegant, and the room design is unique. It's spacious, clean, and tidy, and the showerhead had excellent water pressure – which is super important to me! The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen (they might be younger than me, so calling them that is cute), were incredibly nice. They gave us special snacks and souvenirs; I really loved the crispy fried dough twists. They were constantly recommending places to eat and tourist spots. When they found out I was carsick and feeling nauseous, they quickly brought me a bag, which was very thoughtful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay for several days and even became friends with the staff. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Hengdian in the future. Of course, if I had to point out a flaw, it would be that it's a bit far from the main streets. However, it's only a ten-minute drive, so it's still convenient, and it's quiet here. You wouldn't get that in a lively area. But then again, it all depends on individual needs.
P.S. I came for Tian Jiarui; he's really worth it.

The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.
The hotel's catering service is also satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and breads, as well as hot coffee and tea, which meets all my breakfast needs. For dinner, I tried the specialty restaurant in the hotel. The dishes are unique and the dishes are exquisitely presented, which made me enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
In addition, the hotel is also in a very advantageous location, with convenient transportation around, shopping and entertainment facilities. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an ideal choice.

KKikishaThe hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!
