GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

QQingxiaorongI was in Hengdian for two days and one night, so a clean, well-equipped hotel was a must! This Chengyi Hotel is just a ten-minute taxi ride from Huating Night Market – super convenient location.
Service: The front desk staff were amazing, and they even gave us a welcome gift upon check-in! They also delivered items with both hands, which was a lovely detail.
Facilities: We upgraded to a family room, and it was even better than we imagined! All the Egyptian-themed elements – cups, tissue box, coasters, bathrobes, throw pillows, and even the plush dolls – were all genuine merchandise from the British Museum! The owner really went all out.
The late-night snacks and breakfast felt on par with a five-star hotel. I'll definitely be back to Hengdian and this hotel next time!

GGuest UserWhen visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

KKonggangsimayanI was impressed by the hotel I stayed at recently. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was attracted by its elegant environment. The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.
The hotel's catering service is also satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and breads, as well as hot coffee and tea, which meets all my breakfast needs. For dinner, I tried the specialty restaurant in the hotel. The dishes are unique and the dishes are exquisitely presented, which made me enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
In addition, the hotel is also in a very advantageous location, with convenient transportation around, shopping and entertainment facilities. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an ideal choice.
Overall, this hotel is excellent in terms of environment, service, facilities and location. I highly recommend it to travelers who are looking for a high-quality accommodation experience. I believe that no matter who stays here, they will leave deep and beautiful memories like me.

The front desk staff were warm, polite, and enthusiastically recommended sightseeing routes, which saved us a lot of time. Our entire experience was excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there's a hundred-meter flower wall nearby, perfect for photos. The location is superb, very close to the attractions we wanted to visit, and we could just walk there. I genuinely recommend it!

GGuest UserThis is one of the more established hotels in Hengdian, and overall it's pretty good. They even have little robots that deliver room service! The only issue I had during my two-day stay was with the room door lock; it wasn't working very well. One day, it wouldn't even close properly. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saw it and arranged for someone to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. The hotel breakfast, though, was very rich and delicious, and I even saw celebrities coming and going from their makeup sessions. Everything else was really satisfactory!

I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~
