Perfect
This hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, the bedding in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍

Had a wonderful stay at this Ji hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The bed was incredibly comfy – I had such a restful sleep. The room was very clean and had a pleasant fragrance, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality!

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

The elevator lobbies are paved with large marble tiles, expertly joined, and combined with metal elevator doors, they exude a sense of understated elegance. The laundry room is equipped with multiple front-loading washing machines, clearly labeled for easy operation, and the noise levels during use are kept within a reasonable range. For guests on multi-day trips, this self-service option effectively addresses the essential need for laundry. In the bathrooms, the blue glazed tiles are neatly arranged with uniform grouting, and the vanity tops are made from waterproof material. All amenities are organized logically according to usage frequency, reflecting thoughtful spatial planning. On the service front, front desk agent Ling Xiao displayed excellent proficiency during check-in, providing accurate information on the opening hours and transportation routes for nearby attractions. I really recommend to go to this hotel, the staff welcome you greatly and kindly. The breakfast there is really good, im always full after that. Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. I came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~
