This is by far the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in! The owners are incredibly warm and thoughtful. The guesthouse itself is beautifully and uniquely decorated, with antique wooden carvings. After chatting with the owner, I learned he's a designer and designed the guesthouse himself. The breakfast, though simple-looking, was freshly handmade by the auntie every morning – so delicious and much better than those pre-made options! The room and bedding were spotless, and the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from nearby attractions, so we just walked everywhere. First time I've written such a long review, haha! I'll definitely be back!!

In short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly. The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it! If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

I booked a room that included a two-day Hengdian tour package. When I arrived, it wasn't yet check-in time, but storing my luggage and activating the tickets was very convenient, so I could drop off my things and go straight to exploring. After checking in, I had a few requests, and the front desk staff were patient, communicative, and promptly met my needs. The location is convenient, and it's not far to get to various Hengdian attractions by taxi. From the decor and facilities, you can tell it's an older hotel, but the overall facilities are complete and well-maintained. The robot delivery for takeout was quite handy. The cleanliness was good, and overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room I was given wasn't big, but I really liked the layout. Although small, it was quite charming, and the decor was comfortable and made me feel safe. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The service was also very good; they served porridge in the evening, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival when I stayed, they had zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast. They even gave me a small sachet upon check-out – very thoughtful! The only downside was that the toilet flushing was a little loud, but it didn't affect usability. Overall, it was great value for money. There's a shopping mall nearby, and parking at the hotel is quite convenient.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, the lobby was grand, and the facilities were comprehensive. The service was warm and attentive; staff actively helped with luggage, provided local tips, and responded promptly and thoughtfully. The location was excellent, right in the city center, making transportation very convenient.

I came here to participate in a children's model competition. The hotel was recently opened and is clean. The equipment is all new and very comfortable. What I like most is that the washing machine and dryer are very new. There are four washing machines and four dryers. Dryer

Highly recommended for family, the accommodation is large enough for family of 4. The breakfast feels very homely and nicely prepared for our family and suited for children. Owner and butler are very friendly. It’s very nice to have know them. The location is also very near to night market and also hengdian attractions, 4d3n is just right for us to fully immerse with the culture ans environment. This place is strongly recommended for family with young children too! the place is also equipped with washing machine though we did not use it but it’s very useful if we need to use.
