"Traveling with family, the hotel upgraded our room, which was great! The facilities are all new, and it's quiet, so we pretty much slept through the night and then hurried to breakfast. We stayed three nights, and it was super convenient for sightseeing; most attractions were just a 10-minute drive away, and food delivery was easy too. There was a minor incident, but the hotel handled it very warmly. When you're traveling, understanding and empathy are key. Long live understanding!"

"Pros: The price is affordable, the overall facilities are well-maintained, and the room size was accurately advertised. The front desk staff were quick to resolve issues and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent, very close to Qin Palace, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Dream Valley. Daily amenities were replenished, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Cons: The unused breakfast vouchers could not be refunded (unlike the hotel next door). The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre (I felt it didn't even compare to outside breakfast stalls). On the first day of my stay, the room had a strong dusty smell, I'm not sure if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out, or if it had been vacant for too long. Overall: I'm still quite satisfied, and it's a type of place I would consider staying at again. The attached photos were taken with a wide-angle lens."

"We chose the Fairfield by Marriott for our trip to Hengdian, and our stay far exceeded our expectations! The hotel has a European town theme, which is great for photos. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. What I want to praise most is the staff; their service isn't just polite and perfunctory, but genuinely problem-solving. When it started raining while we were out, a staff member thoughtfully noticed our window was open and closed it for us. When we checked in, we asked about how to explore the various attractions in Hengdian. The front desk lady patiently explained taxi routes, where to find affordable food, and even offered some helpful tips for our visit, saving us a lot of time planning."

"This hotel is an absolute no-brainer – just book it! ✅Service: The front desk staff are practically mind-readers! I was just about to look for a charging cable, and they already handed one over. When I checked out, they even gave me two bottles of water for the road – so thoughtful. ✅Breakfast: Breakfast is served until 10 AM, which is a dream for late risers! I had two bowls of wontons. My only 'suggestion': Can the egg chef please stop asking me 'sunny side up or over easy' every time? Just give me a soft-boiled egg, please! 😄 ✅Hanfu Experience: Free! Free! Free! The styles are quite new and don't have that cheap 'ten-yuan photo studio' feel. I spent half an hour taking photos in the hotel garden, saving myself 60 yuan on hanfu rental at the scenic spot. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if they could provide a few simple hair clips or fan props. With just the clothes, my hands didn't know where to go... ✅Location: It's about a 5-minute walk to the scenic area's main entrance – literally 'out the hotel door, and around the corner'. If you get tired, you can come back to relax and then head out again. It's a blessing for those traveling with seniors or children. Overall, it's a super high-value, one-stop accommodation for lazy travelers. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Hopefully, they'll have a few more XL-sized Hanfu outfits then! 😂"

"The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!"
