"We choose this hotel because the walking distance is 5 minit to hengdian studio. So easy. We arrive at 2am, and the hotel greet us and very helpful. The room is so comfortable with breakfast. I am Muslim, and able to eat side dish with egg, sweet potato, bun,yogurt. We check out, and hotel staff help us when they see we not able to get the Didi. He found out we are still standing outside hotel for more than 15minit. He so helpful.so, we able to catch our train for our next trip. My family so great full. Tq"

"The location is superb, and the rooms have so much character! The owner and staff are all incredibly nice. They even reminded us not to park under the trees because of falling blossoms! The breakfast is freshly made, and the fried dough sticks, mini wontons, and egg pancakes are all absolutely delicious! I wasn't happy with the room I initially chose, but the owner kindly offered to switch us and even refunded the price difference without us asking. They also gave great recommendations for local food and drinks. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Plus, one of the rooms even has a mahjong table – that's just fantastic!"

"I was stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Receptionist were so friendly. She makes me feel home. She helped me to call for Didi & room operating. Cleaning lady was very polite. "The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian."

"Environment: Located next to an unfinished building, the external environment is so-so. The guesthouse is styled like a trendy spot, with many photo opportunities inside the main entrance.
Cleanliness: The bathroom has no windows, relying entirely on exhaust pipes, and is a bit old. Otherwise, the cleanliness is acceptable.
Service: The service is quite good. Breakfast is simple, not buffet style but pre-made, served in a small area next to the lobby. Room service is also available.
Facilities: Poor soundproofing 😦
The room rate is over 1000 RMB during holidays. Its advantage is its relatively close proximity to attractions, but overall, the price-performance ratio isn't very high."

"The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and spacious, with a cozy feel. They were very responsive to all our requests. We were traveling with a small child, and they even provided kids' toiletries. Delivery services were super fast, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The front desk attendant was also very friendly and even helped us with our luggage. The lobby had a festive New Year's atmosphere. The room rate was excellent value for money! Highly recommend; we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdian."

"This business trip and stay here was a very pleasant experience. I specifically chose a non-smart room type, wanting an environment where I could completely relax and not be disturbed by complicated devices. The room was warm and elegantly decorated, and the bedding was particularly outstanding. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the down comforter was light and warm, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. Although it wasn't smart, the facilities were very practical and thoughtful: the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a deep sleep; the shower had strong and stable water pressure, washing away all my fatigue. Most importantly, the service was exceptional; they helped upgrade my room, which was clean, quiet, and well-insulated. This understated, just-right level of comfort is exactly what I need when traveling. I will definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to anyone who values sleep quality and a pure restful experience."

"Facilities: The washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob are all available and very complete. It's incredibly convenient for those who need to stay for an extended period.
Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, neat, and comfortable.
Environment: This is probably one of the best-environment hotels in Hengdian. The decor is modern and minimalist, and it's quite suitable for taking photos. I even took a celebrity-style photo in the elevator.
Service: Whether it's the front desk on the first floor or the hotel front desk on the third floor, the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room type and gave me some snacks. Every time I left, there was a young man at the main entrance who would open the door for me."
