Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

從外地到這邊出差的，入住之前忘記拍照了，天氣比較熱，過來這邊進到大廳就很涼快，大廳乾淨整潔的讓人很舒服，前台服務態度很好，笑嘻嘻的很有活力，他們家的早餐不是很豪華，但是對的起這個價格，種類也很多了，很喜歡他們的枕頭，進去整整齊齊的忘記拍照了，乾乾淨淨的很喜歡，下次還會來，新開的的酒店，推薦噢

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in during this trip! I have to give a good review 👍 Especially I have to praise their family room, it was warm as soon as I opened the door. The room is cozy and the warm lighting creates a homey atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, and my family and I slept soundly. Moreover, the space is well planned, and there is a special area for children's activities. The children have a lot of fun as soon as they enter. It is really thoughtful. The hotel's service is also very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay experience is perfect.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

When I was planning my trip, I found a package deal that was incredibly good value, so I booked this hotel for a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, a staff member immediately came forward to guide us and help with our luggage. After we checked in, they thoughtfully escorted us to our room. The room was very spacious, fully equipped, and the bathroom and shower were perfectly dry-wet separated. On the first day, the hotel provided complimentary welcome fruits. They also offered free refills of bottled water; the front desk would kindly ask if we needed more. The included breakfast was a buffet with a vast selection of food. The small baked flatbreads were delicious! There was also Dongyang soupy noodles, wontons, regular noodles, sliced bread (with a toaster nearby that was constantly working, and a great variety of jams to choose from, plus fresh honeycomb!), filled pastries, fruits, vegetable salads, coffee, milk, soy milk, tofu pudding, and more – truly everything you could want. The hotel's location is super close to the highway exit, making it very convenient for drivers. It's only a 15-minute drive to Hengdian Town, where there are also plenty of restaurants. When we checked out, the hotel even prepared a parting gift for us. I've already recommended it to my friends and family!

The room was clean and tidy ❤️, parking was convenient, and getting around to attractions was even easier ❤️. The service attitude was great; I forgot to take pictures, but this is definitely my first choice hotel when visiting Hengdian. Overall, I'm very satisfied 👍 and will recommend it to friends for their stay 😻.

Facilities: Loved it! Service: Warm! I absolutely have to commend this hotel! The breakfast noodles with meat sauce were incredibly delicious – the sauce was rich yet not greasy, and the noodles were perfectly smooth and al dente, making every single bite utterly satisfying. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding; not a speck of dust could be found anywhere. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, with any request being immediately addressed. The delivery robot was both cute and efficient, and the chilled sour plum juice, perfect for summer, was so refreshing and really cut through any richness. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no unpleasant odors. Environment: Excellent, with beautiful historic buildings right outside the window. Service: Very good attitude. They offer free parking, which is quite convenient. There were even celebrities staying there, with many fans waiting for autographs. Downstairs, there's a very cute cat whose sleeping posture is incredibly charming. I loved it! Thumbs up, highly recommended.

It was too heavy and heavy, and it was late and it rained. Miss sister patiently helped to find a parking space, and was really touched. Miss sister also took the initiative to tell us which snack streets and tourist attractions nearby. The most important thing is that the price is really cheap and the price is very high. The room is new at first glance. The cleaning is very clean. The layout is simple and generous, there is a sense of relaxation at home, the sheets and quilts are changed for each guest, the room has no smell, toothbrushes, disposable face towels, hair dryers, air conditioners and other things are all complete, and there is an elevator. You can see the green mountains from the window. I am in a good mood. I also provided some small snacks. We came back from the Ming and Qing Palace Gardens. We were too tired and too lazy to drive. The landlord also took the initiative to borrow our electric car to eat. Because of the itinerary, I stayed for three days. I have the opportunity to come to Hengdian in the future.
