"The hotel is very close to Qin Palace, just a 2-minute walk away. The suite is decorated very luxuriously, and the living room is extremely spacious, perfect for moving around. Each room has its own bathroom, which is clean and hygienic. The service was exceptional; they helped reserve a parking spot for me. I had sent a large quantity of goods ahead of time, and they were all neatly organized and moved into the living room. When I checked out, I still had several unused boxes, and they even helped me arrange their handover to the logistics company. It was incredibly hassle-free!"

It is very quiet after 9pm, you’ll need to take a taxi out to town if you want some nightlife."

"Guomao Building, a well-established four-star hotel in Hengdian, was my choice for a two-night stay during the Chinese New Year, and I had a fantastic experience. First off, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The security guard at the entrance proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff not only offered a complimentary children's meal but also provided a detailed guide to the film and television city. These thoughtful gestures, showing genuine care for guests, were truly heartwarming. Secondly, the room facilities were spotless. Despite the hotel having been in operation for some years, the cleanliness standards have not wavered. All amenities were well-maintained and fully functional, and the room temperature was set perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. In addition to the standard offerings, they served local specialties like 'Mai Jiao' (wheat dumplings) and 'Mi Guo' (rice cakes). It wasn't just filling; it offered a taste of local culture too."

"In order to chase the stars to live, the experience is really good, the surrounding food is also convenient, order takeaway can also be delivered to the room, and then it is very convenient to go anywhere to take a taxi. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is in line with my psychological needs. The front desk ladies are very good. I booked a big bed room on Trip.com . There is a bed, but there are friends behind, and they changed to a double bed room. The price is not the same, but the front desk sister still helped to upgrade for free, really feel good, I will stay here again next time I come to Hengdian."

CCocoxiaolingdangThe hotel is really big. According to them, it has a thousand acres of land and many places to play. We went to the golf course and took the children to the children's playground. There are also electric cars, bicycles, cruise ships, fishing, fruit picking, and many more. The most important thing is that you can bring your cute pets here. You won't be bored if you stay here for two days. It is really a very good resort hotel! !

GGuest UserDespite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating.
The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel.
For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi.
If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.
