"The hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!"

"the room is spacious and super cozy. very clean, no malfunction. it feels homey. there's also a little snacks provided in the room! the location is also super convenient, just right across the Qing Ming Shang He Tu. you can even see it from your window room. the inn also has a hanfu rent. the host is very responsive, and the whole check in and check out is very smooth. I stayed in the 2nd floor, the stairs is a little bit narrow so it may be a little bit inconvenient if you bring a heavy lugagge, but that's not a problem. the host helped me to bring my luggage up. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, which were super convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive, and my kids absolutely loved it. The staff are all very enthusiastic and readily address any reasonable requests. Several times I forgot my room card, and they were always happy to help without any sign of impatience!
