"The Crystal Hotel has surprisingly good soundproofing – once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything from outside. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are great, no stiff neck in the morning, I slept right through till dawn. The room is spacious, bright, and has no strange odors. The air conditioning works well, and the hot water is consistent. Getting a good night's sleep here really helped me have the energy to explore Qin Palace and Ming & Qing Palaces the next day – the sleep quality definitely deserves a special mention! Front desk staffer Xiao Z also provided excellent service. Highly recommend!"
"Traveling with family, the hotel upgraded our room, which was great! The facilities are all new, and it's quiet, so we pretty much slept through the night and then hurried to breakfast. We stayed three nights, and it was super convenient for sightseeing; most attractions were just a 10-minute drive away, and food delivery was easy too. There was a minor incident, but the hotel handled it very warmly. When you're traveling, understanding and empathy are key. Long live understanding!"
Fairfield by Marriott Hengdian upholds the brand's core philosophy of "simple sophistication," artfully blending classic European aesthetics with modern travel needs to create a comfortable European-inspired haven for both business elites and leisure travelers. Our energized staff embodies the warm hospitality heritage passed down from Marriott family farms, ensuring every guest feels relaxed and completely at home.
"The hotel is in a quiet location, perched on a small hill, so you don't have to worry about noise. It's about 4 kilometers from the nearby scenic spots, and taking a taxi there is very convenient.
For meals, the hotel offers breakfast in the second-floor restaurant, which has a good variety. Lunch requires advance booking, so I missed out on that 😂. If you don't want to go out, food delivery usually arrives in about half an hour.
The entire hotel complex features European-style architecture, with buildings forming a street on both sides, creating a very immersive feeling. It's a bit of a shame that some of the shops along the street weren't open yet, perhaps because the hotel opened recently this year. I imagine it will be even better once everything is fully up and running."
"The room was spacious, well-equipped with amenities, and the bedding was comfortable. The service attitude was excellent. The parking lot has charging stations, and Qin Palace is right across from the hotel, which is super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time."
"After comparing several companies, I finally finalized this one, and the actual stay experience far exceeds the online pictures. The most extra point is the service of the staff, the work is practical and reliable, the questions are patiently answered, and the small details are very caring for the feelings of the guests. Drive over and park directly at the entrance of the hotel. Parking does not need to grab the location, and it is very friendly to self-driving tourists. Participation in the praise activity can receive ice American style, the taste is online, and it is very comfortable to drink after the journey. Disposable face towels need to be applied for at the front desk and respond quickly. The room hygiene is done with care, the house is refreshing and odorless, and it is quiet at night, and you can sleep well. The surrounding life is fully furnished, and you can go out to find food and go shopping. The overall price/performance ratio is online. It is suitable for temporary travel or overnight business trips. After staying, I really feel worth it. I have already recommended it to my peers."
"The front desk lady was very welcoming, the environment was great, and the room was very smart with complete facilities, including a mini-fridge and washing machine. It was really good, I'll definitely come again."
"The room is very clean and the price is favorable. It is very close to Ming and Qing Palace Garden and Hong Kong Street. The car is parked directly here and there is no charge. The front desk brother is very enthusiastic. It is a soldier brother who is also very handsome. If you come to play, you can choose to stay here."
"The room environment was quite good, and the transportation here is convenient. There were no strange odors in the room, and overall it was great. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept very soundly at night. The platform was efficient, and they responded promptly to any needs. The location is very convenient, and I would consider staying here again next time. I highly recommend this place to everyone; it's also very close to the scenic spots."
