GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Hampton Hengdian, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is brand new, clean, and beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly upgraded upon check-in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, all fresh and delicious. Service was another highlight — staff were attentive, and bottled mineral water and snacks were provided upon request.
The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and assisting whenever needed.
The location is also ideal, being very close to Hengdian World Studios (Hengdian Movie World), which makes it perfect for visitors exploring the attractions.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

PPulatuotutuhaThis is my third time in Hengdian, but my first stay at the Guomao Hotel.
**Pros:** Excellent location, a four-star hotel with great management and service. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is varied and plentiful, and soundproofing is good. The bedding is just right, not too thick or too thin.
**Cons:** The drainage isn't great. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and can't be adjusted, which isn't ideal for kids. The showerhead itself is a bit old-fashioned, and I didn't like the spray pattern. The light switches aren't labeled, so for someone forgetful like me, I had to turn them all on one by one to figure out which switch controlled which light (this could easily be fixed with stickers). While I understand a large hotel can't just renovate on a whim, the hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade.
Despite the cons, the staff were all very welcoming, and they even gave a gift to my child when we checked out.
I didn't see the 'welcome fruit' that was advertised as a special feature. Also, the room booked on Trip.com indicated floors 4-6, but we were assigned the very last room on the 16th floor. As for why I didn't ask the front desk to change rooms? I was simply too tired and lazy.

KKitKat555Room is big, aircon is great, bathroom is a bit dirty and I was given a ragged old towel for the first night. Not a major issue, I used it has a bath mat has none wwre provided.. walls arent very soundproof, if your neighbours are yelling, you can hear them. Location is excellent, around the corner from the main ***** of restaurants, shops, night market, luckin coffee, starbucks, kfc, maccas, bus stop and yellow taxi stand. Theres not many taxis around, didi seems more common for this area. Its 30min walk to dream valley or 12 yuan taxi ride. For the price, its really good value to stay here. Would recommend.

SShenqianyiThe room was very spacious, a two-bedroom suite with a nice small living area, perfect for spreading out all the takeout food. It's super close to Qin Huang Palace, just across the street, and there are many costume rental shops nearby. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was good. Plus, there's free parking and charging stations available. Plenty of places to eat around as well.

GGuest UserThis stay was truly amazing! I have to give it a lot of praise! Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the warmth of the front desk lady, Ms. Deng. She greeted me with a warm smile and proactively explained the hotel's services. It immediately made me feel warm. I was also very pleased with the room; it was very clean and fully equipped.
The most surprising thing was that Red Wolf came to the room in the evening to interact with the children, instantly dispelling their tiredness after playtime and filling them up with energy. Even more unexpected, they even gave them a small toy—a truly unexpected surprise. I couldn't resist taking photos to share!
Overall, from the service to the thoughtful little details, I felt truly cared for. It was an absolutely satisfying stay!

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer.

AAnonymous UserThis stay was beyond my expectation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a luxurious and warm atmosphere. The staff had a sweet smile and took the initiative to help with the luggage. They also introduced the hotel facilities and the surrounding fun places in detail. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and you could enjoy the beautiful city view. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were of very good quality. The restaurant's dishes were exquisite and delicious, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western food. The hotel is in an excellent location, with food streets and attractions nearby, and convenient for travel. It was so comfortable to stay here, and I couldn't find any fault with it. I strongly recommend it to everyone, and I will stay here again next time!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
