"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

"The itinerary was basic, but the hotel was anything but. We stayed at a truly elegant hotel on the other side of the Xiaodong River. I pondered for a long time what words to describe it. It had a wabi-sabi feel, yet the details were human and warm. It had a traditional style, yet the rooms reflected a technological and modern aesthetic. Finally, I realized this might be the "quality" we were looking for. It's said that the owner had previously worked as a teacher, then achieved financial independence by starting a tech company. In his 50s, he built a hotel, freed from worldly scrutiny and able to design and operate it to his own taste. In the evening, I sat in the lounge, enjoying a rich cocktail, listening to the graceful guzheng music, and observing the beautiful young women. All my emotional wrinkles were smoothed out, leaving behind a stable core. Not only the food and accommodation, but also the hotel's cultural experience programs were thoughtfully curated. The hotel also has its own dock with direct access to the Xiaodong River Visitor Center on the other side. Riding on a bamboo raft, the river breeze caressed my face, making me feel that life is beautiful and life is precious."

"Absolutely terrible, without exception! They provide two bottles of mineral water in the family room, and then charge extra for that! The lobby was cold and reeked of smoke! The refrigerator was practically useless; a staff member came over and said it was for storage—then why not just install a cabinet door? It would be so much cheaper! We were woken up by loud music in the morning, both in the room and down the hallway. A staff member came and turned it off, but how were we supposed to sleep?! I've never seen such a bizarre hotel! I'm giving 0.5 stars to the two young men who helped with our luggage; otherwise, I'd give it a negative score!"

Other places are not satisfactory, the room has not been cleaned at five o'clock in the afternoon, and changed to another room. The blackout curtain of the room must be turned on to turn off the light. No one told me that I couldn't sleep at 6 o'clock in the morning. I found the room attendant and waited for half an hour. The air conditioning on the first floor of the hotel lobby is very poor and hot. Hotel occupancy rate is quite low, the neighborhood is quite desolate."

"A very cost-effective hot spring hotel. It used to be the resort where the women's volleyball team won five consecutive championships. The hot springs are great. The water in the separate bathhouse is released at a fixed time every night. The two bathhouses we booked have mahjong tables. Children like it very much. There is also a small courtyard surrounded by bamboo trees and roses, which makes everyone feel relaxed. Maybe there were too many people when I checked in, so it was basically a state of not having what you wanted and adding what you wanted. There are only two bottles of mineral water, and you have to pay extra to buy it. It is relatively close to Suxianling, and you can also learn about the local history and legends, Jujing Spring Fragrance~"
