"My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future."

The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement...

Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient.
Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. "Staying at Lan Ting Xu Cheng Yuan is truly experiencing Dongjiang Lake. Our room had a stunning, unobstructed lake view; opening the window revealed serene green hills and clear waters. On sunny days, the lake sparkled, and when it rained, it was beautifully misty. The guesthouse has its own lovely courtyard, perfect for an afternoon tea by the fire, or a leisurely stroll along the lake in the evening – absolutely idyllic. The public areas are designed with understated elegance, featuring a book bar and a home theater, ideal for gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. There was also a robot to help me deliver the takeaway to the door. It was so cute. The front desk lady Maggie was also very considerate. She smiled and provided considerate service throughout the whole process.

In terms of service, it is completely five-star standard. The staff are warm and considerate. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my requests, which makes me feel very considerate.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

The rooms are decent, and there's a restaurant where you can order food, which is delicious. The B&B is nestled in the mountains, so the air is quite good, and you can enjoy some fresh air in the rest area at the entrance.

GGuest User國慶長假200元不到一晚的價位（雙床房），非常滿意，喜歡高性價比，包容性強的可以入，一分錢一分貨。這個房價，而且離景區那麼近，是非常優秀的了。 山莊房間外觀就一般，一排平房，房間裏面就舒服很多，設備齊全，獨立衞生間冷熱水都有，空調。房間很大，床上用品新，乾淨，衞生，睡後沒有任何不適感。 就是進入山莊門前的一小段路不太好走，晚上自駕過來要注意安全，一路山路且沒有路燈，建議天黑之前過來入住。蚊子的問題，商家已經改善了，畢竟是在山上，商家在房間裏安裝了紗窗，另外在我們入住前點了蚊香驅蚊。有提供簡單的早餐，15元一份。商家不再代買門票了，建議自己**上團購門票有優惠。 2025.10.02國慶長假期，我們是第一天落地郴州站，晚上租車自駕前往這個山莊入住。山莊有大量停車位可以免費停車，第二天7點起床步行幾分鐘到高椅嶺西門進入景區，最後登頂，北門出景區。用了3個小時，全部走的精華路段，省時省力。 北門景區叫了網約車16元就回到這個山莊，還可以洗澡換衣服，中午在山莊用餐。正餐的話自己點菜農莊的價位算正常（不貴，也不便宜，性價比不高），自己點餐豐儉由人。午餐過後退房，下午驅車前往飛天山景區竹筏遊覽。這是非常合適的路線，上午消耗了大量的體力，下午竹筏遊湖不費腳可以修整一下。上午登山天氣沒有那麼熱，比較清涼，不怕中暑，下午太陽太大，暴曬遊湖剛合適，都有遮擋。

It's a few hundred meters walk from here to the train station, and there are many buses at the door!

The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

The decoration is very exquisite, the bed is comfortable, and transportation and shopping are very convenient.
