This is a listed five-star hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel its high-end and grandeur. In terms of service, it is completely five-star standard. The staff are warm and considerate. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my requests, which makes me feel very considerate. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and all supporting facilities are available, making it very convenient to use. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is that considering the high-quality services and complete facilities it provides, the price is very reasonable and the price-performance ratio is very high!

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The overall atmosphere is quite grand. When you check in in the afternoon, you will be given white fungus and lotus seeds. It is close to Yuhou Street. There are also two breakfasts and free parking. Overall, it is OK, but the room is not very soundproof.

The house price during the National Day period is also acceptable, inside the scenic spot, although the first floor is next to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is noisy. But it is very quiet at night when there are no tourists. The room is very big. This is the first time I have seen such a big room. It is transparent from north to south and has a large balcony. The room was clean and tidy inside.

The biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night. The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

I went with my friend and our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, with two beds, and very clean. The place is located very close to the entrance of the main attraction park, and on the side you can also find unofficial hiking paths that are popular on social media. The highlight was the staff, who had the best attitude and were super friendly and helpful. You can also have a brilliant breakfast for only 10 yuan, which will give you energy for a full day of hiking. When my child scraped their arm climbing Mount Mang, the front desk promptly provided a band-aid. Later, when we returned to the hotel lobby from dinner in the rain, they asked if we got wet, which was very heartwarming, thoughtful, and comforting. The hot springs were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, especially the infinity pool at dusk, which was perfect for photos. The location is convenient, and there's an underground parking garage, making parking smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied and look forward to visiting again!

You can also go for a walk in Beihu Park and climb Suxianling Mountain. Price: Next time you come to stay in a hotel, this hotel will be your first choice. Not only is the price very affordable, but the service is also very good, the room types are very good, and it is located in the city center, so it is quite affordable. It was absolutely perfect. It's a shame I could only spend one day at Yangtian Lake; otherwise, I would have stayed for several days to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is unique, nestled against the hillside next to the scenic area. The staff were excellent, with two young women constantly offering to help with my luggage. The complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks were plentiful, and the hotel's cleanliness was on par with a five-star hotel. The view upon waking up was completely worth the price. The hotel is not far from the high speed railway station. If you walk from the station towards the hotel, there is a very nice restaurant which you cross during the walk. In the morning you can buy dumplings nearby. The accommodation has only smoking rooms, at least when we checked in all the rooms we could choose smelled dirty. I hoped they openen the windows every day and night to get some fresh air. At the end this is what we did. There were a lot of other guests, but we did not hear them at all. The bathroom is standard and it can use a huge cleaning. Unfortunately there are no proper (throw away) slippers. For us one night was ok because we took the train the next morning.
