GGuest UserIt's really good. The mattress is very comfortable. The decoration is also very simple and attractive. I had a pleasant night. The breakfast was also in line with my expectations. There was also a robot to help me deliver the takeaway to the door. It was so cute. The front desk lady Maggie was also very considerate. She smiled and provided considerate service throughout the whole process.

GGuest UserI was on a business trip and passed by Chenzhou. Overall, this price is very cost-effective in this location. There are some local Hunan specialties next to the downstairs. It is close to Wuling Square. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the square after dinner at night. The business district next to it is also very convenient. The shopping mall, cinema, supermarket and hotel are also very clean.

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

Hygiene: The bathtub is not clean either, so I washed it myself.
Environment: OK.
Service: There are too many people, and towels are not enough, which is understandable.
The price of this platform is acceptable and higher than offline, but it is really much higher! !
The breakfast is just noodles, but it is good to have noodles, and the taste is OK.

There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

GGuest UserThe place of work is very close to the hotel, so I chose to stay here. The room is very clean and the items are neatly arranged. The bedding is very comfortable and the ventilation effect is quite good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk on the morning shift is very good, especially the lady with glasses has a very sweet smile and feels very kind. Parking is very convenient. I will stay here next time

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, making it easy to access attractions and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was super comfortable, giving me a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, checking in was quick, and they also provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's a great value for money and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!👍👍👍👍

AAnonymous UserIn terms of surroundings, this hotel is still OK. It has breakfast with a full range of varieties and the breakfast is quite rich.
There is also laundry service, but I was too late that day and couldn't do the laundry. I suggest the hotel extend the laundry service time. After all, it is late to return to the hotel after a business trip.
