GGuest UserMy overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

AAnonymous UserThis is my first time to write a review, and the experience is really not that good. First of all, the house had just been renovated and the smell of formaldehyde was extremely pungent. I left the sliding window open all night to rest. Secondly, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Because the smell of formaldehyde is so strong, I can’t close the windows, so even after turning off the lights, there are still flying insects crawling on my face😾. Finally, in Figure 4, when you enter the corridor that is tens of meters away from the room, there is no night light at night. The darkness is really scary, because the occupancy rate is not high, and the corridor and outside are very dark and quiet. I asked the front desk if they could turn on a night light or adjust me to a room near the elevator, but they were refused. I really didn’t sleep well all night😵

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, making it easy to access attractions and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was super comfortable, giving me a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, checking in was quick, and they also provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast was varied and delicious. GGuest UserThe first stop of the self-driving tour was the Ramada Chenzhou Hotel. The service was attentive and the bedding in the room was neatly made with no foreign objects. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. Traveling around is also more convenient. Dingjiajia near the hotel is really delicious. I will choose it again next time I come to Chenzhou.
