JJUNGHWAN INWe had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful!
Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserMy overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

GGuest UserThe room configuration is very high, and the front desk service is also very friendly. I stayed here for one night on my way home from Guangdong. It was a great experience. The breakfast was also great. The duck in Linwu is delicious, but a bit spicy. I will stay here next time when I pass by.

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

GGuest UserThe room is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. The nearby environment is quite good for people who drive trams. There is a charging station behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel only takes about 10 minutes to Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area and about 20 minutes to Gaoyiling. It is highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers great value for money. Parking is convenient, and it's right next to the main entrance of the South Gate scenic area. I originally booked one night but ended up extending for another. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the service is attentive. The front desk staff were very welcoming, gave me tips on how to explore the area, and even recommended local specialty restaurants, which were excellent. You can also catch the sunset from the hotel. Definitely a recommended place to stay! 👍

The room was also spacious, the location was excellent, and transportation was convenient. The breakfast was also rich and delicious, and the restaurant on the second floor was also very good. GGuest UserThe first stop of the self-driving tour was the Ramada Chenzhou Hotel. The service was attentive and the bedding in the room was neatly made with no foreign objects. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. Traveling around is also more convenient. Dingjiajia near the hotel is really delicious. I will choose it again next time I come to Chenzhou.
