Great stay! The room was comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The environment was beautiful and pleasant, and the room had no strange smells – it was clean and tidy. The front desk service was superb. I'll definitely come back again. The breakfast was delicious too!

This is a newly opened hotel, conveniently located very close to the city hall. The environment and decor are excellent. We booked a family room, and it offered great value for money. The hotel provides free roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn, and there's also a laundry room. The service attitude is very good too.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious, and the amenities, including the bedding, felt really high quality. I had a very comfortable stay. What really stood out were the thoughtful details, like the retractable clothesline in the shower – I’ve stayed in so many hotels where I never know where to hang my laundry. And the smart toilet was a nice touch! 👍 The breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety of good quality food. As for location, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Chenzhou West Station, 20 minutes from Beihu Park, and also about 20 minutes from the Train Head Canteen, assuming no traffic. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it's a bit far from Dongjiang Lake and Feitian Mountain – about an hour and 40 minutes respectively.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved.

This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

It was my first time in Chenzhou. It took about ten minutes to take a taxi from the West High-speed Railway Station. Maybe because there were not many cars at night, it was very close to the landmark Wuling Square. I ordered takeout late at night and asked the front desk what special dishes there were. The front desk gave a very detailed introduction and said I could walk to the noodle street. I said I was too lazy to go out, and they also asked me if I could eat spicy food. As a native Changsha person, they recommended the roast chicken to me, which was really delicious! ! The room is of moderate size, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the floor has some minor flaws, but it's acceptable. Overall, the service and the room are satisfactory. Breakfast is on the 4th floor, but there are a lot of people. Breakfast soup noodles can be paired with pepper fried meat, pig blood, cold dishes, and there are many varieties. You can try it.

Our stay during my child's college entrance exam was truly great. The area is quite quiet, and the staff were warm and attentive. The room they assigned us was spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant three-day stay. Highly recommend!

This stay was a surprise. The hotel was very new from the lobby to the room with a faint fresh tea fragrance, and it was very soothing without rushing. As soon as I entered the door, the service staff took the initiative to greet and handled smoothly. The room was very clean and the bedding was soft and moderate to sleep peacefully. When checking out, the staff carefully confirmed whether there were missing items and was responsible. The overall comfort and satisfaction beyond imagination, and I will not hesitate to choose here when I come to Zhangzhou again, giving me a feeling of being at home, like it (๓ ˘ `๓)

Environment: The rooms are a bit small, but the natural light is good. There's a small shopping mall across the street. It's located at an intersection. Service: Special thanks to Xiao Lin, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. She could handle most basic needs. The buffet breakfast was quite substantial. Cons: The trash cans were too small, and the water temperature was difficult to adjust—either too cold or too hot. The hairdryer was weak. Attractions: It's about 7 kilometers from Yuhou Street by taxi. The taxi fare is higher going there and lower returning. If you go during the off-season, driving is fine, as parking is plentiful. During peak season, taking a taxi is recommended.
