The hotel staff at the front desk are highly professional. Because we visited during the off-season, they proactively upgraded our 180° deluxe lake-view room to a family room. The room was a spacious 50 square meters, well-laid out, with a four-person tea table by the window where you could play cards, drink tea, and enjoy the view of the Xiaodong River. At night, you can take a boat trip from the pier opposite the hotel to enjoy the night view of the Dongjiang River. Tickets must be purchased at the hotel front desk; it's 25 yuan cheaper per person than buying them at the pier. There's a restaurant behind the hotel called ”Benyu Xiaoyuan” (笨鱼小院), where you can eat. The food is decent, but those who prefer less salt should tell the chef to add less. Highly recommended!!

The hotel environment was excellent, and the rooms were fully equipped. Located by Dongjiang Lake, the view of the lake was immediately apparent upon opening the curtains. The two receptionists were very friendly. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was fantastic. The staff reminded us to only book the room if we were satisfied, to avoid having to pay a discount if we were not happy with it. Seeing how attentive and responsible the staff were, and being very satisfied with the room, we booked immediately. Overall, we were very satisfied.

This stay in Huaguan is like opening a dream trip with a beautiful encounter. The room is warm and elegant, and every detail is showing the intention. The soft bed is like a cloud, which makes me sleep well all night; The green plants by the window add a touch of vitality to the room, and the sun shines on the floor through the window, forming a warm patch of light, which makes people feel particularly happy. The hotel staff is even more warm and thoughtful. From the smile service at check-in to the caring care during the stay, I feel the warmth. This stay was great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to coming here again next time to continue to write this good memory.

Well... I stayed in this 1800+ B&B on a business trip. The hotel management and waiters were all good. The only downside was the lack of security management. Someone knocked on the door of the room called Qixia where I stayed in the middle of the night and pressed the password 6 times (I was woken up by the sound of entering the wrong password 6 times). It really woke me up in the middle of winter! After waking up, I turned on the light and stopped pressing the password. There was no sound at the door, so I immediately called the housekeeper, who came over quickly. The balcony is close to the hot spring area upstairs, and there is a staircase path that can go straight, which is very unsafe. Then there is no surveillance at the door of the room and the back of the balcony, which poses a great safety hazard! !

The hotel is in a great location, within the Bailang Town scenic area. The lake is right outside the door, and the design is Instagram-esque and very stylish. They also offer welcome snacks. The hostess was also very kind. She saw us karaoke outside in the evening and treated us to a barbecue. The hotel also has a KTV from 8:30 to 10:00 PM, with excellent sound equipment. It's also very convenient to ride a donkey around the lake from the hotel. The scenery along the way is beautiful and enjoyable! The only downside was that the inn had stored an electric scooter belonging to a restaurant called ”Lakeside Fisherman.” These little, yellow scooters—remember, the yellow Hello Kitty one?—were too rickety to ride up a hill by ourselves; we had to push them up on the slopes. We finally got to the restaurant entrance and asked for a replacement. The owner had a whole bunch of new, large scooters parked outside, renting them the same at the B&B or the restaurant for 60 yuan a day. The owner immediately said he couldn't replace them. We asked why they had one parked outside, and he asked if we were eating at his restaurant. We said no, and he immediately said he couldn't. So, this was also a bundled purchase. If we didn't eat at his restaurant, we'd have to blame ourselves for this awful scooter. There were plenty of new, large scooters parked outside, so why didn't they replace it? It was their own fault. It was so poorly performing. While we were pushing it, our child fell on a hill, injuring his arms and legs. We showed him the problem, but the owner didn't think it was a problem and even asked if we wanted to eat. B&Bs should be mindful of the integrity of their partners. Everything else was excellent!

The hotel has undergone a significant upgrade after the renovation, with a noticeable improvement in quality from the lobby to the guest rooms. The front desk service was excellent. When my child scraped their arm climbing Mount Mang, the front desk promptly provided a band-aid. Later, when we returned to the hotel lobby from dinner in the rain, they asked if we got wet, which was very heartwarming, thoughtful, and comforting. The hot springs were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, especially the infinity pool at dusk, which was perfect for photos. The location is convenient, and there's an underground parking garage, making parking smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied and look forward to visiting again!
