"Hello! The room decor was cozy and the space was very practical. The large bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The mirror was beautifully designed and perfectly placed. The bathroom was spotless, and all towels were thoughtfully packaged in recycled bags. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and the area is very lively! The front desk service was polite and attentive. The team is super cool! I had such a great stay that I extended it for another night. Thanks to the team!"

"Actually loved this hotel. Its is in an amazing location. Exit 32 in Futian Station is a few mins walk away and it makes it great to get to places all over Shenzhen. The staff are excellent and always at hand to help. It has amenities close by such as Starbucks (personally would recommend LuckinCoffee ) and Family Mart . The garden is amazing and love the fish! The only thing that I feel may need improvements is the breakfast . For the price I expected more of a variety especially for those travelling from the west. An iron for the room would be great too, I brought a cheap one while in china for my stay. Overall I would stay again and highly recommend it."

"I'm very impressed. The location is right next to the Metro, and there's a mall to walk around and buy things under the Metro, under the hotel. The staff are lovely, polite, and they communicate well in Chinese and English, and they even helped us call a taxi. I'm very impressed. Most importantly, it's close to a famous coffee shop with excellent taste."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around near train station - 2 kms and subway station - Laojie station exit H. There is the mall next to the hotel. There are a lot of local restaurants, shops nearby. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities provided were all that I needed during my stay. The breakfast was nice, with some items changing daily, although the selection was a bit limited. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. I also appreciated the 24-hour gym, which included weights and treadmills, making it easy to work out anytime. In addition, having a microwave available in the lobby was a very useful extra convenience. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily recommend this hotel."

"The location is great and super convenient for getting around. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi. It's a really spacious room with a beautiful view. Breakfast was also fantastic, especially the delicious special rice noodle rolls and the excellent multigrain soy milk. There was a wide variety of fruits and pastries too. Manager Sundy provided amazing service, and the lobby even had special gifts for checking in, which was a wonderful surprise! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"I absolutely love movie-themed hotels, and I specifically came to check out Qingmu – the overall experience was impeccable! The hotel boasts a simple yet modern design, with a clean and comfortable lobby and a tidy waiting area. The security guards were always present, providing a great sense of safety. The front desk staff were professional and polite, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and quick. They were also very patient when answering my questions about local directions. The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light. It was meticulously cleaned from top to bottom; the carpet was spotless, and the bathroom mirrors had no water marks. The hundred-inch laser projector delivered vibrant colors, and the surround sound system offered clear audio. Connecting my phone for screen mirroring was a breeze, making it perfect for binge-watching shows or enjoying movies. The soundproofing in the room was outstanding – I couldn't hear any voices from the hallway. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, which really helped relieve my travel fatigue. Downstairs, there's a plethora of dining options, and getting around to tourist spots was very convenient. With new facilities, excellent hygiene, and attentive service, it's a must-visit for any audiovisual enthusiast. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, Qingmu will definitely be my top choice!"

"I took a friend who was visiting from abroad to Shenzhen for some shopping. Since my friend is particularly interested in electronics, I chose a hotel right in the heart of Huaqiangbei. The hotel is conveniently located next to Huaqiang Electronic World and Metro Lines 2 and 7, and it's within a 10-minute walk to SEG Plaza and Metro Line 1. This allowed us to easily pop back to the hotel to rest and drop off our purchases. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has some history, but all its facilities and rooms are well-maintained, and the service is incredibly efficient; they readily agreed to our late check-out request. Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this will definitely be my go-to hotel."

"Traveling to Shenzhen with my family, we stayed in the family room at Futian Huanggang Intercity Hotel, Shenzhen, and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it for families with children. The family room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, offering separate sleeping areas for both adults and children, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Our whole family felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any strange odors, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The lighting was excellent, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of trains passing by at night, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding featured high-end Sealy mattresses, which were both soft and supportive, and there was a choice of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep for both adults and children. The smart home controls throughout the room were a hit with the kids – they loved using voice commands to turn lights on and off, open and close curtains, and adjust the air conditioning. It added so much fun and joy to our stay. The bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and plenty of hot water with good pressure. After a day of sightseeing, a hot shower was just what we needed to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was a nice touch for cleanliness and peace of mind. The quality toiletries and soft, skin-friendly bathrobes made the experience comparable to a high-end luxury hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Metro Line 7, making it super convenient for getting around and catching trains. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The staff were all polite and friendly."

"As anywhere in china English is not always understood. The staff were thought wery patient and wet helpful. I would be nice to have at least one English speaking staff member. China is an wonderful country and I want to explore and see more. I can recommend Atour to have paid tours. I would be very aspirated."
