"RANZ Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Dongmen Pedestrian Street Branch) The location is truly prime, just a few minutes' walk directly to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. It's right next to Maoye Department Store, and the surrounding streets are lined with all sorts of snacks and specialty restaurants, from Cantonese dim sum to trendy internet-famous treats and chain fast food. It's incredibly convenient for both dining and getting around. On the way, you can even see the old site of the Tianhong Department Store, which has since closed down, making the location very easy to identify – no need to worry about getting lost. The room is spacious and not cramped at all, completely free from the oppressive feeling of small-sized hotels often found in this area. Ventilation and natural light are also good. The bathing amenities are fully stocked, from moisturizing toiletries and non-slip bath mats to disposable dental kits – no need to bring your own extras, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff are all incredibly attentive and thoughtful. When checking in, they proactively informed us about local shopping and dining routes. What was most delightful was that it happened to be raining on the day of our check-in, and when we were leaving, the staff kindly offered us an umbrella to borrow, which didn't delay our plans at all. These small gestures of care are truly heartwarming. The only minor drawback is that the old Tianhong Department Store nearby has closed, meaning one less regular shopping spot. However, this doesn't affect the overall stay experience at all. Whether you're visiting Shenzhen Dongmen for shopping and sightseeing or on a short trip, I highly recommend staying here."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, and I felt completely confident about the cleanliness. The service was fantastic, and a special shout-out to Susan – she was lovely and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The environment is superb, especially with the high-floor views! It's also super close to Huaqiangbei, a world-class electronics market, and very convenient for the port. Five stars all the way! The self-service laundry room offers free use during specific hours, which is a very thoughtful design; I could head out during the day and wash clothes in the evening. The equipment was clean and odor-free. The hygiene was top-notch, and service responses were prompt. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips."

"My stay at the Intercity Hotel was an absolute delight, a truly pleasant experience for both mind and body. The location is superb; step out and you're right at Huanggang Village Station on Line 7, putting the entire city within easy reach. In the evenings, the vibrant local atmosphere and a plethora of late-night food options added a comforting touch to my trip. The room itself was well-designed with excellent natural light, and being on a high floor, the view of the city skyline was expansive and unobstructed. Breakfast was a treat for the taste buds – alongside Western and Chinese dishes, there were steaming baskets of authentic Cantonese dim sum and freshly made 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) that were incredibly satisfying. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, with a pleasant, subtle botanical scent. The laundry service was also thoughtful and meticulous, showing attention to detail. But what truly impressed me most was the service. From the lobby to the guest rooms, every staff member greeted me with genuine smiles and gentle words, making every interaction feel warm and welcoming. Definitely worth a revisit, and I look forward to coming back."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!"

"This time, I stayed at this Renaissance for my vacation. The environment was meticulously clean, and the gym facilities were comprehensive. The staff were responsive and gentle. The location was convenient for getting around, and the rooftop view was a huge bonus. The comfort level was excellent, and it was great value for money. "I was in Shenzhen for two days and spent ages on various apps trying to find a hotel room with both a bathtub and a projector/screen. Finally, I stumbled upon this gem, hahahahaha! Seriously, everything was great except for the location not being near a metro station. First off, they upgraded me to a suite right away. The bathtub was massive, and there were two TVs with casting capabilities, plus complimentary beer and crisps. The hygiene was top-notch, and the makeup mirror even lit up. The toilet was a bit too smart – it tried to spank me mid-use! ⚠️ The soundproofing was really good too. Breakfast was quite varied, though I felt there weren't enough drink options. Deliveries were brought by a robot, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out. The absolute best part, though, was hearing 'The Best Day' as the background music in the hotel corridor – someone please tell me you understand! 😭😭"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around near train station - 2 kms and subway station - Laojie station exit H. There is the mall next to the hotel. There are a lot of local restaurants, shops nearby. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities provided were all that I needed during my stay. The breakfast was nice, with some items changing daily, although the selection was a bit limited. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. I also appreciated the 24-hour gym, which included weights and treadmills, making it easy to work out anytime. In addition, having a microwave available in the lobby was a very useful extra convenience. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily recommend this hotel."
