Seaview Hotels in Shenzhen

Stayed for 2 nights. For first impression, photos from trip com do not quite match the reality. The hotel facilities are a bit old. For example, both bathroom & toilet handles were broken. Breakfasts were simple, mostly Chinese style, and no too many variety of dishes. There’s a self service laundry room at each floor, but a washer/dryer was broken and I had to go to upper floor. But guys at reception were very friendly. The location is good - 7/11 nearby and local shopping center with lots of small restaurants, bubble tea, etc. Thank you.

Cove by Hyatt Shekou Cruise Centre is ideally situated just 300 meters from the ferry terminal, offering convenience for those arriving from Hong Kong. The newly opened K11 Mall is only 20 meters away, and Shenzhen Metro’s Taiziwan Station on Line 12 has four exits within 20 meters, ensuring excellent connectivity. The hotel staff provided seamless service, making check-in and check-out effortless. Despite arriving during a busy holiday week, our room was ready at 1:00 PM. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a tea set, which helped calm the kids. Their attention to detail was impressive, particularly Ms. Coco, who went above and beyond to assist us. She not only answered our queries but also helped us book taxis and provided guidance on various attractions in Shenzhen. Breakfast had a great mix of Western and local Chinese options. We initially booked a city-view room but would recommend the sea-view room for a better experience. The only downside was the absence of a swimming pool. Overall, the hotel’s prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable. If you plan to visit, opting for a sea-view room will enhance your experience.

Not exactly what it described here. Not pleasant at all during our stay at this hotel. Poor insulation, no AC no heating facilities, shampoo and shower gels are low quality, room was small and very hot, slippers provided were filthy. TV worked for one day but stopped working the next day. The floor board was broken inside the room. The only positive is they have self-service washing machines provided though the drying system isn't that great. Anyone with a high standard should avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

The hotel was clean and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoy how the shower area includes a step to put your foot so you can scrub your leg safely as you shower! Nice touch! The only downside about the location is that there’s a lot of construction out front but the hotel is proactive and gives you earplugs, so you can cancel out the noise. I do wish the room included a full length mirror, so you can double-check your outfit! Other than that, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay! We will be coming back!

We had a very lovely stay here, the sound of waves was so relaxing and we were so close to the beach. The staff were very attentive to our requests - special mention to our cleaning lady and Steven. If you'd like a respite from the city life I highly recommend this place! There's another hotel nearby called 白房子 though, but it's not as close to the sea so make sure not to get mixed up.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay, we stayed for 2 nights only but wished for more! The room had a control panel which was easy to use, was well-designed with a nice sofa and seating area. Everything was clean and good to use. Staff were all polite, and Bill (小本) was at the reception when I had some questions to ask regarding room control and food delivery - he was very helpful! If I had to pinpoint something to improve, it would be the breakfast - there wasn't much variety and the seating was limited. We skipped the 2nd day's breakfast. Despite the breakfast I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they provided us with all the assistance and advice we needed! We appreciate it very much! Room was clean and cosy with great sea-facing view, and huge bath tub (which the kids enjoyed!) Location is very convenient to the nearby pier/port where we did a ferry tour on the sea to the various nearby ports. Nearby has lots of seafood restaurants too! We had a great stay as family with kids!

Excellent hotel with amazing customer service. At first, we were assigned room closer to Main Street and when I advise the staff we were light sleepers and would appreciate a quieter room, they immediately upgraded us for free. Room was very clean and I loved the huge bathroom. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit shenzhen!

Scenic sea view. Staff with good vibes. Nice drinks. Good access to food delivery. Good package but would recommend to book the complementary photoshoot in advance. Love the room amenities and projector. The pool was also quite clean and good to chill in.

Despite the heavy Easter holiday traffic—which took us over two hours by taxi from the transit station—our spirits lifted the moment we arrived. The service was exceptionally professional and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and detail-minded. The environment was calming and rejuvenating. Our room was immaculate, quiet, private, and equipped with smart features that made our stay effortless. It was the perfect holiday escape to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The hosting manager personally walked us through the room and surrounding facilities, which made us feel safe, cared for, and certain that we’ll be returning soon. Highly recommended!
