"Spending two leisurely days here, without rushing our itinerary, allowed us to truly soak in the comfort and tranquility of the place. The morning air was incredibly fresh, and we could gaze at the snow-capped mountains during our walks. We also easily discovered the surrounding ******* cultural atmosphere, making the entire trip very relaxing. The guesthouse's location is super convenient, directly opposite the Huameishengdi Resort, just a short walk away. Huameishengdi is one of the bus drop-off points, and the nearby General Supermarket is a pick-up point, which is really handy for independent travelers. We were initially a bit worried about transportation with our luggage, but after communicating with the butler in advance, they arranged transfers for us, which truly alleviated a major concern. The guesthouse also offers exclusive free shuttle services. The butler drove us to the Zhongchagou Scenic Area. This place has a completely different vibe from Jiuzhaigou – fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and a richer cultural atmosphere. We leisurely explored for over an hour, which was very pleasant. I highly recommend trying the horseback riding. In the evenings, the manager would thoughtfully explain the best ways to explore Jiuzhaigou. Since Jiuzhaigou is truly vast, getting a heads-up on routes and activities makes a first-time visit much easier. The manager didn't just introduce attractions but also shared insights using movie-themed route maps, making it feel like a 'crash course' in攻略, which was very practical. The entire guesthouse's decor and furnishings clearly show the owners' dedication; it’s not just another cookie-cutter B&B. If you look closely, you'll find little surprises in every corner. The manager also introduces ******* culture through thangka painting, rubbings, and seals, making the stay more than just accommodation – it’s also an experience and an opportunity to learn. The room features a Japanese-style tatami design, which is very cozy and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Details like towels, heaters, and electrical outlets are thoughtfully provided, making the stay very convenient. We could also easily relax and watch TV programs in the evening. I also really enjoyed the food here; the overall ambiance is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included steaming hot rice noodle soup, as well as corn, sweet potatoes, and steamed buns – simple but satisfying, the perfect, unpretentious start to the day. Furthermore, I really appreciate their WeChat group communication method. Any questions were answered promptly, which provided a great sense of security. Overall, this is a guesthouse where you can feel the 'diligent management' and 'sincere hospitality.' It's not about ostentatious service, but rather numerous small details that make you feel cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to slow down and experience Jiuzhaigou and ******* culture."

"The room comes with a smart speaker, so you can just tell it to close the curtains when you go to sleep. The hotel provided free breakfast, and the service was excellent all around. In the morning, they even offered a free shuttle to the scenic spot. My only minor issue was with the hot water in the room. It seems there was a design flaw initially. Since I have a lower body temperature, the water eventually got warm enough after running for about 20 minutes, which was acceptable for me. However, my family member, who has a higher body temperature, found the water not hot enough. This temperature definitely wouldn't be sufficient in winter, so it's something to keep in mind for future guests."

"Overall, my experience was excellent! The front desk staff were very helpful and even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room not only had a private hot spring but also underfloor heating, and the general environment and cleanliness were top-notch. The hotel is also incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhai Valley Scenic Area entrance. You can even store your luggage at the front desk, making it super easy to explore."

"This hotel is perfectly situated, right near Jiuzhaigou National Park's entrance, just a 15-minute walk away. It's also a quick 10-minute taxi ride to the Romantic Show of Jiuzhaigou. There are mini-marts nearby and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻"

"Facilities: This is a new hotel with brand-new facilities. The decor is a lovely blend of Wabi-sabi and New Chinese style. The lighting is warm and inviting, and the blackout curtains are fantastic – I slept soundly. Hygiene: Very clean, I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. Environment: This deserves a special mention! It's an oasis of calm amidst the bustling area. From the window, I could hear the gentle sound of running water and see lush greenery. I was surprised that even though it's only a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, it felt so far removed from the hustle and bustle. Service: The staff at the front desk, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and lovely. They helped us arrange a car to the scenic area and even prepared fruit and yak yogurt for us in the evening. When we checked out, they gave us souvenirs and some snacks and drinks for our journey. "The hotel is a convenient 15-minute walk from the tourist center, surrounded by a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, including a great ******* yak hot pot. It was easy to get around and find food. The design is simple, clean, and tidy. The entire room is smart-controlled by Xiaodu, with electric curtains, a smart toilet, a projector, air conditioning, and underfloor heating – everything you could need. The highlight was definitely the outdoor public hot spring. It's supposedly natural mountain spring water, very clear, and not crowded at all. The water temperature was perfectly comfortable and relaxing, offering an immersive experience with nature. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back!"

"Hotel is located very near to Jiuzaigou scenic area entrance about 15mins walk. Surrounding have many eateries and KFC, Luckin coffee is just around the corner. Shuttle bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai station drop at ZangWangWuYan station which is the last station and few minutes walk to the hotel.. Hotel is clean and cozy but the hot water is not possible to make it warm so is either too hot or too cold. The bed is comfortable where they provide electric heat warmer under the bed where allows you to have a good night sleep. Hotel counter staffs very friendly and even give tips where to visit after enter Jiuzaigou park. They even help me book Huanglong scenic area park entrance tickets and direct us to the bus station to buy bus tickets.Overall stay is present."

"This hotel is located 2km from the scenic area entrance, right at the mouth of the valley. In the mornings, or before 9 PM, the hotel offers a private shuttle service to the 'Heavenly Mouth' dining street. After dinner, you can just call the hotel, and they'll pick you up from the same spot – it's only a few hundred meters away. The hotel is built on a large slope, and they've thoughtfully considered that climbing at an altitude of 2500 meters might be challenging for some guests. That's a really nice touch. If you're driving, you can bring your car right up and park it at the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. In the lobby, there's a complimentary coffee machine, black tea, and hot water for guests to help themselves. This is very guest-friendly and shows the hotel's thoughtful approach. The rooms are well-equipped with a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the Wabi-sabi style is incredibly photogenic. I highly recommend it. Compared to those established five-star hotels, this place feels much warmer, more refined, and the location is great with complete amenities."

"I contacted the hotel a week before check-in to confirm the brand of the hair dryer provided, and was informed that it would be Laifen. However, upon arrival, the hair dryer available was not Laifen. My friend and I, both with long hair, found it quite inconvenient as the dryer would overheat after about five minutes of use. We had to take turns drying our hair late at night, which was not ideal. That said, the hotel staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay. The location is a strong plus, with many eateries nearby. It is also conveniently located close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area — about a 15-minute walk or less than a 5-minute Didi ride. The hotel breakfast was simple but satisfying."

The hotel car park has charging stations, and the staff are warm and polite, even proactively offering tips for the scenic area and help with luggage. The public areas are clean and odor-free, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, making for a comfortable stay. A highlight is the yak hot pot in the restaurant – the broth is rich, the yak meat is tender and firm, and the portions are generous. It's an authentic high-altitude flavor that's both heartwarming and stomach-warming after a day of sightseeing, offering great value for money."
