Staff interactions felt unprofessional and lacked the courtesy and attentiveness typically expected in the hospitality industry. Requests were either delayed or not addressed adequately, which further added to the frustration. I believe that both room quality and customer service are fundamental to a positive guest experience, and it is disappointing that neither met a satisfactory standard during my stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements."

"We love the location (next to great Asian food in malls) and a short walk to a river side. The room was also comfy! The breakfast here was also good with hearty serving. You can select a main with adds-on from the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup during our stay. We obtained approval to shift one morning's inclusive breakfast to another morning due to early morning tour departure. However, this was not conveyed to the restaurant. We disputed the charges when the bill was presented to us. Though the reception officers assured us that no charges would be imposed during our check-out, the hotel still charged the breakfast against our pre-authorised deposit. It took some efforts of liaising with my credit card company and emailing to a generic email (only telephone number listed on their webpage) before I obtained a refund."
