The only minor issue was that the drain in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I enjoyed a nice view of downtown from my room, and the location was perfect, with convenient Uber access to many places. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"There were only three front desk staff members to handle all guests, and this was the first time I've ever experienced calling the front desk over ten times with no one answering. If they are understaffed, the management team should focus more on team building rather than providing such a terrible experience for guests. Besides the abysmal service, here are a few other points to consider: 1. Rooms face two directions. If you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the machinery and the tarmac, falling asleep will be impossible. There's absolutely no soundproofing; it was the worst experience. Even rooms facing the other direction have noticeable airplane takeoff and landing noise, so this hotel is not a suitable option for light sleepers or guests looking for a good rest. 2. You need to request all amenities like the kettle and disposable toiletries from the front desk in advance. 3. Wi-Fi costs extra for non-Marriott Bonvoy members. 4. Room service incurs an additional delivery fee on top of the service charge. 5. The overall customer service team has significant room for improvement in their communication skills and methods with guests. This was my worst Marriott hotel experience ever."
