What an absolute shambles the car parking is!
Arriving at the hotel there is no explanation to advise you how or where to park. There is a sign with Ramada car parking on, which does not state it is valet parking only & chargeable!
There is nothing to tell you where you can stop to unload & then check in.
Room supposed to sleep 4 people (2 double beds) so you would assume having a balcony there would be a nice table & chairs to sit out on, but no, nothing whatsoever out there!
What’s the point of a balcony to relax outside when there is nothing to relax on! These were requested but no table just 2 chairs arrived a lot later. There was only 1 chair to sit on in the room which is ridiculous for up to 4 people. An additional chair requested which eventually tuned up quite a bit later!
There is NO fridge In the room as advertised, you have to speak to reception to organise getting one delivered to your room! Apparently they are only put in on request & there isn’t enough for every room anyway! When it eventually arrives it doesn’t fit in the gap where it’s supposed to so it sticks out. After plugging it in you then have to wait for it to cool to get to the correct temperature before you can put anything in & use it!
Staff not all helpful & not enough of them. Arriving during Calgary stampede you would at least think the hotel would rota more staff on to cope with the fullness of the hotel!
Hotel could do with some attention, run down & old fashioned in places. Poorly managed hotel in my & opinion & of the guests staying with me.
