I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Palliser. I have to say that everyone here was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming.
I’ve stayed at two other Fairmont Gold properties before, including Whistler and Victoria, and I honestly feel that the service here at the Palliser was the best. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole stay feel very special.
We also mentioned that we were staying at the hotel for our wedding photos, and the team was incredibly thoughtful. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful celebration cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more memorable.
The only downside for me was the Parking. The East parking area is quite far from the hotel, and I ended up driving in and out of the hotel twice in one day. By the end of my stay, the total parking cost came to around $60. And one of the days, the parking gate was also not working, which was a little inconvenient.
If you plan to use your car frequently during your stay, I would definitely recommend considering valet parking instead. Other than the parking situation, I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay at the Palliser again.
