The place needs general cleaning.
When we got to the room, it was infested with cockroaches. The bed was dusty and wet from a leaking ceiling. We had to buy bug spray(thankfully there was a convenience store nearby) before we can use the place. Even after spraying, more bugs kept crawling out. Had to cover the wet bed just so wecan use it. Had to sweep the floor as well because it was eztremely dirty it even had a ketchup packet on the floor probably from previous guest. The fridge was not closed properly causing some flooding inside. Had to do the cleaning oursrlves because attendant was busy with a walk-in customer. Btw, despite having the place booked prior, attendant prioritized providing parking space to the walk-im custlmer who wasn't paid yet. The only consolation was the discount we got from trip.com. However, despite the subpar experience, we weren't mad. We were still able to sleept well. Hope they will clean thoroughly to rid the place of the cockraches.
