akalI used this hotel for a solo trip.
My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport.
It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot).
The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight.
The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty).
I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur.

le_reve13Clean Rooms and Professional Service, but Breakfast Needs Work
Service & Hospitality
The highlight of this stay was definitely the team. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout the visit. It makes a big difference when the people working there genuinely seem to care about the guests.
Room & Cleanliness
The accommodations were excellent. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is always a relief to check into a hotel and find that housekeeping is held to a high standard.
Breakfast
The one notable area for improvement is the morning dining experience. While the rest of the stay was great, the breakfast food was underwhelming. Upgrading the quality and variety of the breakfast options would easily elevate the overall experience.
Overall Summary
A very pleasant and comfortable stay anchored by a great staff and clean rooms. If they improve the breakfast offerings, this would be an easy five-star experience.

Guest UserThis airport hotel exceeded my expectations. They offer flexible check-in times, with options for 3, 6, 12 hours, or a full day, and there's even an hourly package available on-site, which is perfect for layovers. It allows you to plan your stay according to your flight schedule. They have a gym and provide plenty of water. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including several 24-hour dining options. The only minor issue was that the water in some rooms wasn't hot enough, but they promptly addressed it and moved us to a different room, which was great. Overall, I'm very satisfied. To find it, just go up to 2M from the arrivals gate; Autoo is on one side and Max is on the other, so it's easy to spot. There's also a Thai massage place next door. The Western pastry shop directly opposite the escalator is very famous, with Malaysians lining up to buy from it.

le_reve13Mixed Experience: Friendly Staff but Needs Significant Maintenance and Better Housekeeping
Arrival & Service
While the staff we interacted with during our stay were mostly friendly and polite, our initial impression was quite poor. When we first arrived at the property, there was absolutely no one available to attend to us or welcome us. A prompt greeting goes a long way, so this was a frustrating start to the visit.
Room Condition & Upkeep
Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The furniture was notably creaky, and the finishes throughout the room felt very worn out and tired. The lack of upkeep made the space feel neglected and certainly did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Mövenpick property.
Cleanliness
The biggest letdown was the bathroom. The toilet area definitely could have been cleaner, and there was visible grime on the walls, which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a bare minimum expectation, and this fell short.
Overall Summary
While the pleasant demeanor of the staff is a definite positive, the lack of attention upon arrival combined with the poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned room means I left disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh and better quality control regarding housekeeping.

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards.
1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful.
2. Breakfast was just passable.
3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

It's super convenient, located next to C5 and inside the restricted area, perfect for a layover and catching an early morning flight the next day. The room was standard. It's quite close to the gates, though you'll need to take a shuttle bus for gates A and B, but it only takes about 20 minutes at most.

砂拉越梦想家Early morning flight with two seniors, staying here was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. It's an easy walk to T2, where there are plenty of restaurants and a wide variety of choices, so finding food is a breeze. There's also a convenience store for daily necessities. We were all very satisfied with our stay here.

Nur Izzati MustapaI found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident.
The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water.
Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool.
In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet.
Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶
