le_reve13Clean Rooms and Professional Service, but Breakfast Needs Work
Service & Hospitality
The highlight of this stay was definitely the team. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout the visit. It makes a big difference when the people working there genuinely seem to care about the guests.
Room & Cleanliness
The accommodations were excellent. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is always a relief to check into a hotel and find that housekeeping is held to a high standard.
Breakfast
The one notable area for improvement is the morning dining experience. While the rest of the stay was great, the breakfast food was underwhelming. Upgrading the quality and variety of the breakfast options would easily elevate the overall experience.
Overall Summary
A very pleasant and comfortable stay anchored by a great staff and clean rooms. If they improve the breakfast offerings, this would be an easy five-star experience.

This hotel is located at KLIA1, making it perfect for layovers or late arrivals. The facilities are excellent and the service is good. However, it's a bit of a walk, so I recommend using the button on the elevator to call the shuttle bus – it's super convenient. Plus, the hotel minibar offers complimentary drinks!

Guest UserThis airport hotel exceeded my expectations. They offer flexible check-in times, with options for 3, 6, 12 hours, or a full day, and there's even an hourly package available on-site, which is perfect for layovers. It allows you to plan your stay according to your flight schedule. They have a gym and provide plenty of water. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including several 24-hour dining options. The only minor issue was that the water in some rooms wasn't hot enough, but they promptly addressed it and moved us to a different room, which was great. Overall, I'm very satisfied. To find it, just go up to 2M from the arrivals gate; Autoo is on one side and Max is on the other, so it's easy to spot. There's also a Thai massage place next door. The Western pastry shop directly opposite the escalator is very famous, with Malaysians lining up to buy from it.

I stayed at Movenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA for an overnight business trip between flights, and every single category—cleanliness, surroundings, service and facilities—deserves a full five stars. This hotel totally exceeded all my expectations for an airport transit stay.
The location is its biggest highlight. It sits right next to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which saved me so much trouble rushing for my early flight the next morning. No long taxi rides or stressful early wake-ups; I could walk to the terminal easily without worrying about traffic delays. The building has a stunning, eye-catching curved exterior, and the whole hotel grounds are full of tropical greenery, creating a peaceful, resort-like vibe that makes you forget you’re just steps away from a busy airport.
My superior twin room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an incredible job sanitizing every corner, from the bathroom floor to the desk and window sills. The beds are plush with soft linens, and the sound insulation works perfectly—aircraft noise from the runway barely seeps in, letting me enjoy a solid night’s sleep after a tiring international flight. All bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets and workspace facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, ideal for business travellers who need to sort out work emails in the room.
The hotel staff are incredibly warm and efficient. Front desk agents handled my check-in and check-out rapidly with fluent English, patiently answering all my questions about airport shuttle times and local transport. The public lounge and convention areas are spacious and well-equipped, great if you need a quiet spot for quick meetings.
If you have an early or connecting flight out of KLIA, this hotel is an absolute no-brainer. I will definitely book here again on my next business trip passing through Kuala Lumpur Airport.

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards.
1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful.
2. Breakfast was just passable.
3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

MarsDewThe room is a bit dusty. There is a sofa bed in the room but it is not set up by default. If you need an extra bed, there is an additional charge of RM98. The hotel will then prepare the sofa bed and provide extra bed sheets, pillows, blanket, towels and toothbrush. The RM98 charge also includes breakfast for one person

ikwsI had a pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The location is excellent, especially for travellers with early morning or late-night flights, as it is conveniently connected to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short transit stay, and I appreciated the convenience of food outlets and airport amenities.
Favourite part of my stay: The direct and easy access to KLIA2, which made my journey stress-free and convenient.

Nur Izzati MustapaI found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident.
The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water.
Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool.
In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet.
Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.
