"The hotel hallway had a really strong, unpleasant odor. Based on the smell, I'd guess it was due to mold on the walls that they tried to cover up with a fresh coat of paint. The mixture of the moldy smell and the fresh paint fumes was just unbearable. The only upside is its proximity to the airport. I definitely wouldn't have booked this place if I wasn't catching an early flight; I'd rather pay more than stay in a moldy, freshly painted hotel."

"I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs down. For the price, even in a first-tier city like Shenzhen, you could find a well-equipped, clean, conveniently located, and reasonably spacious hotel near the airport. But here, you're stuck with an incredibly cramped room; I even struggled to find space for a small suitcase. Plus, the bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet area, which is really inconvenient – you even have to put the toilet paper roll on a shelf. And the bed wasn't particularly comfortable; when I looked closely, I could see that the duvet wasn't clean. Thankfully, it was just an overnight layover, and I left early in the morning, so I guess it's fine."

"This was probably my second stay at this hotel. First off, you need to go through immigration to access it. For international transits, you'll need to apply for a Malaysian e-visa 1-3 days in advance. It's super easy to do online; just fill in your personal and flight details, and you'll get an email confirmation in about a minute. Terminal 2 has plenty of food and drink options, and the prices aren't too bad. This time, we had paper-wrapped chicken, char kway teow, and egg tarts at both Tea Garden and Hua Yang. The twin beds are about 1.2 to 1.3 meters wide, and you can push them together to comfortably sleep three people. The front desk charges some kind of tax, but you don't need cash – you can pay with Alipay QR code. For check-out, just drop your room key in the express check-out box by the front desk. They only give you one room key and a card, like a business card, for electricity. The room was incredibly quiet, and the air conditioning was silent too. Although it's small and windowless, the bathroom facilities, linens, AC, and ventilation were all very comfortable. It was great to get some sleep, then head downstairs for breakfast in the morning, and easily make our way to the 3rd-floor departure hall. If your layover is less than 12 hours, you can book a 12-hour hourly room. If you're checking in in the early hours of the morning, you can book for the previous night and check out on the current day, just remember to specify your early morning check-in date in the remarks. There's another hotel inside T2 that doesn't require immigration, but it's pricier and has fewer dining options. That one's better for shorter transits (like 6-8 hours) or if you want to avoid immigration (as the walking time and distance are longer). For a layover of around 12 hours, I still recommend going through immigration and staying at this hotel outside the restricted area. (Note: Stayed on August 8, 2026)"

"I love it bcs it is near the airport. also free shuttle. you can save up lost of money there.simply plan ahead when you want to head out,and go to reception to reserve your shuttle. They provide shampoos,shower and hand wash,though you need to have your own toothbrush because they dont provide it. Other than that,its amazing for short stay/layover."

"It was okay, basically a partitioned apartment. However, it's very close to the airport. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood for Indian and Pakistani communities, so shopping isn't very convenient. It's best to order takeout for meals."

"This is primarily a transit hotel so l wasn't expecting much from it . it was just what was needed for my 11 Hrs stay . Has decent amount of things to keep you comfortable . Room was small , deluxe double which is exactly what it sounds for 2 ppl. Bathroom was big though in comparison to the room and clean . there are many eateries and convenience stores beside it. And we got Grab in 2 mins even at 4 am early morning . Airport is just 15 mins ride .So location is fantastic but only use for short stays in my opinion ."
