The service was great; the reception remembers my name and attend to me when i need help. The facilities, i didn't fully utilize the facility, except for the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi connection is good. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanness of the toilet and the pantry, so much mold stains on the wall, floor and also the basins in the toilet and oil stains on the wall of the pantry. far but not lease, i was awaken by the next doors cooking smells. Hmmm.. Overall i didn't rest well in the property, not a very pleasant stay.

The mall is conveniently located within the building, making it easy to access everything, especially Jaya Grocer. However, there are areas for improvement. The cleaning staff should ensure the toilets bowl are cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene & cleanliness. Additionally, the desk should be mopped daily to keep the room tidy. Overall, it's a good facility; value for money, the bed is of good quality

Went to cyber just for a stay. Quite a place to for indoor treat, the inside is so comfy, it the very thing that I look for in staycation

I love the spacious room, the hospitality was great, amenities complete and most importantly, it attached with De Pulze mall. Easy walking distance to get your food anytime!

Great stay overall. The location is very convenient, directly connected to DPulze Mall, making it easy to find food and essentials. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped with a small kitchenette perfect for short or long stays. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The only downside was the lift being slightly slow during peak hours. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The most concerning part was finding a cockroach in my room shortly after checking in, which is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Beyond the pest issue, the general room maintenance was poor; things felt worn down and neglected. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing—there was no toothbrush provided in the room. Additionally, I found it very inconvenient that there was no iron in the room; I had to go to a shared area outside the room just to press my clothes. For the price paid, I expected much better. I will not be returning.

Good pool, but need put one of security guard.. because some guest a sitting there eating there n watching people in the pool
