This hotel is disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness is substandard, with noticeable stains in the toilet. Secondly, basic toilet amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Thirdly, the lift is old, dirty, and feels more like a maintenance or loading lift. Lastly, the breakfast included is not worth the price. This is a simple takeaway food establishment without a proper dining area. Customers must collect their orders in the lobby. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room is quite noisy and automatically switched off. The table is dusty, and WORSE there are also cockroaches in the room. You need to pay for your own car park. It's shared with the mall behind. In conclusion, the experience of staying in this hotel is extremely terrible.

I stayed at FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya and overall it’s good for a short stay. The location is very convenient as it’s connected to a mall, making it easy to find food. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are friendly. However, cleanliness and amenities could be improved. Suitable for budget stays, not a luxury hotel.

The experience was quite disappointing at first, during check in there was only one staff and it took very long to check in. Once I went into the room, saw some stains on the bedsheet. However the toilet experience was like going to toilet in the petrol station, can have a look at the pictures.

The room had a very strong, pungent smell, like a public bathhouse. Dining options were decent, with a mall downstairs. Purified water was available from a dispenser in the hallway. There were mosquitoes at night. Toothbrushes weren't provided and had to be purchased separately.
