Breakfast: variety. Local food with western style.
Location: having speedmart 99 nearby, few local restaurants, mall nearby. 15/20mins to KLIA.
Service: shuttle to KLIA. Best !
Room & amenities : room are clean, bathroom toiletries secure with the lock, feels safe to use, bed is comfortable , hard and soft type of pillows to choose , only the hairdryer suboptimal.
Recommend to try this hotel.

TTRIPIT7Used this hotel for a 12-hour daytime layover between arriving after a 15-hour flight in the early morning at Kuala Lumpur’s international terminal and departing from the same terminal in the late evening.
This is a much more comfortable option than sitting around in the airside transit area and certainly much cheaper than paying to use a lounge, even if it does offer “free” drinks.
Aerotel works very well, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only drag is having to go through the entire immigration, customs and security annoyance twice because Aerotel is located in a different terminal.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping.
Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car.
One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone.
I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre.

SSammy SinyeeThis is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality.
I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel.
During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time.
So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived.
I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink.
At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched.
I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care.
Great service is not about never making mistakes.
It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward.
What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily.
It made me feel truly cared for.
Thank you to the entire team.
What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward.

否否否If you have a flight the next day, this is a good place to relax beforehand. The resort is quite large with many rooms, but the soundproofing might not be the best. It's difficult to roll luggage inside, so I recommend walking outside to get to your room. It was a bit challenging to find my room at first, as the layout is somewhat complex. As for dinner, ordering takeout is a good option.

GGuest UserMy overall experience at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 was great, especially for travelers needing to transfer or catch an early flight. The hotel is very close to KLIA2 and accessible via a covered walkway, which is super convenient for those with luggage.
The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – more than enough for a short stay. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff were friendly, making it easy to check in even late at night. There are also convenience stores and dining options nearby, so all basic needs are covered.
Soundproofing was decent; you could occasionally hear some noise from the hallway, but it didn't significantly disturb my rest. For an airport hotel, the value for money is excellent, especially if you're transiting, catching a flight, or just need a one-night stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need to spend a night near Kuala Lumpur Airport.

GGuest UserThe room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes.
In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
