We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

My 3rd time here. Nice resort, greenish environment. Though a bit dated, yet the room is large & clean. Requested the one with pool view as my kid was just 3yo, so most of the time enjoy playing in the pool. Water pressure is good. Got a little net to play badminton by the kids pool, fishing by the lake, cycling activities. Jungle & gym are closed during my stay, but it was good to see during my last stay. Food in the main restaurant was good. My kid likes to come by every meal for dining. Nice Italian Restaurant with Christmas decor. Overall, a relaxing stay that I would recommend for families with kids.

I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

The hotel location is perfect. It is so convenient to the airport (less than 10mins walk from arrival hall), especially midnight arrival or early departure passenger or senior people(like my mom). You can take free shuttle bus from airport to the nearby Mitsui Outlet Park. The room is clean and tidy. One thing is a bit disappointed - breakfast - it was not a buffer and was only 2 choices: caesar salad or lakes, and no drinks included. Both were not attractive and the restaurant does not allowed to pay extra to order something else. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast because many cafes are located nearby.

The location of the room is relatively close to a local living town. It is not recommended for those who are purely traveling. Because it is an apartment type, it took a long time to find the door and contact the landlord. However, the price/performance ratio of the room is still good. The room is large and suitable for young couples to travel. It's okay for a while. The hygiene is average. It's not bad. I can only say that it's about the same price.

Arrived at 5.15pm. Room still not available and need to wait another hour. Guests were waiting at the lobby waiting for their room. The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

The staff was helpful, they spoke English. And they helped me with taxi and informations to go to town. The room was okay. The bathroom was clean dn the best was comfy. I took the cheap option without window... not the best thing ... however you pay what you get! The location is close to the airport with grab the taxi is 30 MRI. With the hotel is 35 MRI. I would consider stau again if I had a lay over. Don't expect anything fancy.

After tiring day, early morning flight then missed flight by stupid mistake, almost lost passport, not able to find ticket. Not good half a day. Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended

My flight landed a little late, and then my bank put a hold on my card because it decided Malaysia was ”unusual activity”. So, no money for a taxi, stuck in a place where I had no phone service, and the booking app takes up to 12 hours to contact the hotel, I didn't know what to do. Luckily, a gentleman at one of the currency exchange kiosks took his breaktime to help call the hotel, and they sent a vehicle to get me. (I later found out it was the manager's wife). They got me quickly checked in after a long day, and recommended a nearby restaurant who was having a grand reopening (free meal).

The support from the owner was very helpful and overall cleanliness of the unit was great.. The owner has established guidelines for connecting to the Wifi and using the TV box.. Faculties provided like refrigerator and kitchen utensils were good for short staying.. We stay at this hotel for a night transit. We took grab, cost RM25 and it was less than 15min driving. The room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Got hot shower but the water pressure wasnt high but not a big problem. No amenities except soap. The put the towel hanger so high which I dont understand why. But for a room less than RM 150 for 3 persons where we got 2 king size beds inside, it was more than ok. Will consider this hotel again when I need to transit overnight. Almost forgot.. neighbours are full with eating places and easy to get taxi too even at 6am.

It is quite far from the Airport. With online taxi about 1 (one way). Near the hotel there is a restaurant open from 7am to night. Hotel rocco where rooms have no windows. This is a very warm hostel. The quadruple room for the girls I live in is very clean. Living in it makes me feel like I have returned to my stay abroad. After me, I have four or five companions to move in. Very satisfied. I will come back if I have the chance. After reaching Salak Tinggi, walk for about ten minutes. The host had WeChat Chinese (this was the key to my decision at the time!) There were many delicious restaurants right next to the hostel. The seafood chow mein I ordered was right at the intersection (next to 711). I also went to Xiamen, Malaysia, where I drank milk tea. Also great.

I really enjoyed my stay! Joe and Matt are above all expectations: caring, kind, always ready to help. The room as well as common area were super clean. A few restaurants with reasonable prices, supermarkets and pharmacy are only 1-3 minutes on foot. Good wifi. Tea, coffee, cookies, bread, butter, jam are provided 24 hours. Towel and soap in the bathroom also. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot and it's only 1 station to KLIA1 and 2 stations to KLIA 2. Summarizing - this place is the best choice if you have a long stopover in KL. Strongly recommended!

The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall.

First of all the receptionist was friendly. Room is OK. Interior is great. But you can hardly sleep at night as the sound proof system is too bad especially for rooms located in the centre of the floor. You can clearly hear the sound of water pump, sound of TV, sound of people chatting from other rooms while you are in your own room. Bed is dusty and mattress is not up to standard, low sleep quality. Even though this is a budget hotel but some other hotels like 'best view' in the city with similar price has far better mattress. This mattress is certainly worse than the rest. False fire alarm in the morning. No mirror in the room, so if you wish to make up you gotta proceed to the washroom. It is suggested for the hotel to place a foldable luggage rack or something as there is no table top or space to place luggage at all. Need to place everything on the floor. The price with this standard can hardly compete with other hotels with similar price range. Takes about 50mins to reach KLIA by driving.

We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

We stay at this hotel for a night transit. We took grab, cost RM25 and it was less than 15min driving. The room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Got hot shower but the water pressure wasnt high but not a big problem. No amenities except soap. The put the towel hanger so high which I dont understand why. But for a room less than RM 150 for 3 persons where we got 2 king size beds inside, it was more than ok. Will consider this hotel again when I need to transit overnight. Almost forgot.. neighbours are full with eating places and easy to get taxi too even at 6am.

My flight landed a little late, and then my bank put a hold on my card because it decided Malaysia was ”unusual activity”. So, no money for a taxi, stuck in a place where I had no phone service, and the booking app takes up to 12 hours to contact the hotel, I didn't know what to do. Luckily, a gentleman at one of the currency exchange kiosks took his breaktime to help call the hotel, and they sent a vehicle to get me. (I later found out it was the manager's wife). They got me quickly checked in after a long day, and recommended a nearby restaurant who was having a grand reopening (free meal).
