Hotel Primera Suite Cyberjaya

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and an abundance of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making for a truly pleasant and satisfying stay. Highly recommended! The front desk service was particularly enthusiastic.

I stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards. 1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful. 2. Breakfast was just passable. 3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.
