Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned. Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm absolutely charmed by Xiao Du at the front desk of this Orange Hotel! I arrived during peak hours, but Xiao Du handled everything efficiently, quickly verifying my information and checking me in, and even offered to store my extra luggage. Hearing it was my first time in Xi'an, she not only recommended a fantastic value-for-money local restaurant near the airport but also patiently explained the subway transfer routes, even detailing which shop has the most authentic Roujiamo. Later, when I needed to inquire about changes to the airport transfer, she responded instantly over the phone – the communication was incredibly efficient and smooth, no hassle at all. Next time I have a layover in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again!

I've stayed at this Hanting Hotel three times already. It's super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk even gives you a wake-up call before the shuttle departs, and there are frequent shuttle times. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.

24-hour free airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals): It's really convenient to have a shuttle to the terminal in the morning. The hotel facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can even issue special invoices, which is very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport, and there's a dedicated shuttle service.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

Very satisfied 👍. Except for the inaccurate positioning when copying and pasting the hotel location to take a taxi, I was dropped off at the gate of a garden at around 9pm which was at least 1000 meters away from the hotel. The two of us dragged our luggage and collapsed in a shivering cold night. I have to go all the way and ask questions. The lady at the front desk is nice and friendly🌹. She also upgraded the room to be more comfortable. Cute robot delivers fruit plate. Another great service is free airport drop-off. Thank you for the hard work of the airport drop-off guy. He delivered us to the airport safely early and helped us carry our luggage to and from the car👍👍👍. Thank you for meeting ~ lovely people👍👍👍

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

Very convenient! They staff can speak English and it was really fast to check in and check out. The room was okay and a bit spacious than I thought so very comfy to sleep even just a few hour. You can take a shower to and you everything is clean. You can get snacks and drink also when you checked in.

The staff were incredibly friendly! Check-in was quick, and they proactively explained the hotel's services. We ordered takeout, and it was delivered right upstairs. The fact that the delivery driver wasn't allowed upstairs was a great touch, protecting our privacy. Check-out was also efficient, and we didn't have to wait long. It was a great experience.

The room is spacious, the service is professional, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's located just a few hundred meters from T1, T2, and T3, making it a good choice if you're flying from one of those terminals. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning; the temperature stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. The service wasn't very flexible – for example, if you arrive after 8 PM, there's no dinner available, and you're limited to ordering takeout. The room also didn't provide basic items like matches or a lighter, which was a letdown for a smoking guest who had just gotten off a flight. Most departures and arrivals at Xi'an Airport are now at T5. I'm not sure who designed the airport layout, but what looks like a few hundred meters on the map actually requires a 4-kilometer walk. During the day, there are buses, which is fine, but at night it's a real hassle. Ride-share apps often don't pick up short-distance requests, and when I did get a taxi, the driver complained about the short fare. For an airport with significantly less traffic than Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou, Xi'an Airport's roundabout driving routes are disproportionately long compared to Daxing, Hongqiao, and Huadu.
