From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, everyone gave off such a lively and happy vibe. It's clear your hotel has an excellent company culture. No one looked tired, unhappy, or unmotivated at all – truly wonderful!

The hotel's environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is great. Plus, it's close to the airport. It was a very satisfying experience.

I stayed here for a layover during a business trip, and its proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent. I've chosen Mercure hotels multiple times for business trips, and I'll definitely continue to do so for my next one.

I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹

The breakfast and late-night snacks are plentiful, and the decor is a nice French style. The 24-hour airport shuttle is very convenient; otherwise, taxis often refuse short-distance fares.

I had an early flight, so I chose to stay near the airport. They offer a shuttle service, which was great. I called ahead and they picked me up in about 15 minutes at Gate 534 on the T5 departures level. They even offered complimentary noodles in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch.

Arrived at the hotel quite late, but they still had rice noodles and roujiamo 🥙 available! The 24-hour airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals) was super convenient. They offer a good variety of options like congee or a late-night bowl of noodles, and the taste is great! I was especially pleased that they had sugar-free Coca-Cola 🥤 among their beverage choices.
