Orange Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport)

Fantastic hotel, great value for money. The Orange Hotel rooms are consistently excellent, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful. The airport shuttle service is good, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and starts at 6 AM, perfect for early morning flights.

I really love this Orange Hotel. The front desk lady is super attentive. This is my third stay, and she even gave me some fruit. It really feels like a home away from home. All the hotel staff are very polite, and they even provide umbrellas when it rains.

Whenever I have an early morning flight, I stay at Orange Hotel. I've stayed here four or five times already, and it's super convenient. They offer airport shuttle service – just call to book once you're at the airport's departure level, and a car will be sent quickly! It's less than a ten-minute drive from T3 to the hotel, and a bit further from T5. The hotel lobby also has a self-service snack cabinet with instant noodles, biscuits, snacks, and drinks. There's also an 'Everyday' convenience store right in front of the hotel, which is quite handy! The hotel rooms are also quite spacious, and all the toiletries have an orange scent! The shuttle bus service starts very early in the morning; just make sure to book it the night before. On the day of your departure, simply wait in the lobby downstairs five minutes before your scheduled time. All the staff provide excellent service, and the drivers are very enthusiastic!

The rooms were very clean, and the layout was quite practical. The laundry room and restaurant downstairs are shared with the Mercure hotel next door. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service, which is very convenient; just contact the front desk in advance to register, and you'll have a stress-free journey to the airport. A small suggestion: when assigning rooms, please kindly review the requests guests make when booking on platforms like Ctrip (for example, this time I requested a quiet room, not a corner room). When room availability permits, try your best to accommodate guests' preferences and needs. This would also make the check-in process faster and smoother, saving time for everyone.

The environment is clean with no hidden corners, and I felt completely at ease using all the amenities, as if there were no precautions needed. The service was also excellent. When I travel, I always prefer booking hotels through HUAZHU Group. I trust their management and appreciate their hygiene standards. I even took some photos inside the hotel.

The overall ambiance is upscale and comfortable, with clean and tidy public areas that have a great atmosphere. The guest rooms are well-equipped, featuring excellent soundproofing, diverse lighting options, and brand-new, undamaged facilities. The entire room was exceptionally clean, with the carpets, windowsills, and bathroom all meticulously maintained and completely odor-free. The front desk staff patiently answered questions about tourist routes, and housekeeping regularly replenished supplies. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making the value for money far exceed expectations.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm absolutely charmed by Xiao Du at the front desk of this Orange Hotel! I arrived during peak hours, but Xiao Du handled everything efficiently, quickly verifying my information and checking me in, and even offered to store my extra luggage. Hearing it was my first time in Xi'an, she not only recommended a fantastic value-for-money local restaurant near the airport but also patiently explained the subway transfer routes, even detailing which shop has the most authentic Roujiamo. Later, when I needed to inquire about changes to the airport transfer, she responded instantly over the phone – the communication was incredibly efficient and smooth, no hassle at all. Next time I have a layover in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The dining options are plentiful, and the late-night service was especially heartwarming. The hotel offers a paid breakfast, buffet lunch, and late-night supper, with a wide variety of dishes to meet different needs throughout the day. I'd especially like to commend Xiao Liu and Xiao Li, who were on duty at night. Their service was incredibly proactive and attentive – they called ahead to confirm my pick-up time and coordinated with the driver to ensure a timely arrival. Their patience and thoughtfulness throughout made me feel incredibly reassured as a late-night arrival.
