Vienna International Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport)

This hotel is a good distance from the airport, so there's no noise disturbance. The front desk service was excellent; they answered all my questions. There's a Shaanxi food spot right outside the hotel, and the airport shuttle service was prompt. The hotel breakfast had a wonderful Northwestern flair, very satisfying!

There were 8 of us, and we arrived late at night, but parking for our two cars was easy. There was even a roujiamo stall right outside. The location isn't out of the way, and it's quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and it's super convenient for those traveling by plane. We'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Really great! I arrived quite late, but the hotel was quick to send someone to pick me up from the airport. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with anything I needed, and items were delivered to my room very quickly. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the transportation is really convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The room was quite satisfying. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 AM, there was no food left. We asked the staff if they would be replenishing the dishes. The first time, they completely ignored us. The second time, they just waved their hand and impatiently said, "No!" If our room didn't include breakfast, that would be fine, but we specifically booked a family room that included three breakfasts, which made this experience quite unpleasant.

The hotel environment is elegant, comfortable, and cozy. However, there aren't many breakfast options. Overall, it's pretty good.

Facilities: The hotel is quite close to the airport, making airport transfers very convenient. There's also a free 24-hour laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry your clothes. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned. Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

Booked this for my parents for their business trip. The environment and service were both great, and they even offer airport shuttle service. My parents were very happy with their stay. I'm giving five stars out of solidarity with fellow hoteliers; the front desk service was noticeably more pleasant than the city hotels I've stayed at. However, the room was incredibly stuffy. They were unwilling to switch the air conditioning to cooling mode even after I brought it up. While it's central air, the room was small and hot enough that cooling should have been an option. I honestly didn't sleep a wink all night because it was so stuffy.
