It is about 10 minutes ride from the airport, so the location is good for our overnight stay. Hotel can arrange free pick-up from airport & hourly drop-off. The family room is good for us, it is clean and have most things we need. The front desk are friendly, and they packed breakfast for us due to our early departure. It could be challenging if you don’t speak Chinese. For us, it is great value for money.

I really like Hotel Mercure chain. it’s super close to the airport and even offers a free airport pick-up, which was very convenient ✈️ The area is quiet with not much shopping nearby, but I booked the suite room and it was fantastic ,clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight!

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

Satisfied with the stay, included all amenities, breakfast and free pick up from the airport. Very convenient for late arrivals. Basic english with translation apps to communicate. Overall would stay again

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The amenities were quite complete. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I checked in quite late at night, but the receptionist was very welcoming. The staff was also very helpful during checkout. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is incredibly convenient and offers great value for money, especially if you’re arriving at the airport late at night. Communication was a bit tricky due to my limited Chinese and the staff’s limited English. When I booked the airport Terminal 5 pickup, the only instruction I received was “Call the hotel when you arrive.” But to my surprise, the hotel driver was already waiting outside at Exit 533 😄😄. If only they had mentioned the exit number earlier, it would have made for a perfect midnight arrival! I ended up taking a taxi instead, since I couldn’t find the driver at the time (but don’t worry, the taxi fare was quite affordable). Despite the mix-up, the hotel staff were very kind. They apologized for the misunderstanding and even sent some fruit and toiletries as a gesture of goodwill 😄😄. I highly recommend this hotel for late-night travelers. Just remember, if you’ve arranged for pickup, look for Exit 533. Their pickup service is free of charge!

It is equipped with an air purifier and the operation of the air conditioning system responds quickly. The tableware is modern and the room supplies give the impression of being concisely organized. The marble tiles on the bathroom floor are neat.

T3 capsule hotel is located near arrival hall exit. Exellent choice of budget accommodations for travellers arriving at airport late or departing in early flight saving an hour each leg if hotel choice is in the city centre. Staff are very helpful and curteous helping hotel guests not missed schefuled flight.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. Even late at night, their hospitality made me feel right at home. And you don't even need to leave the airport. This is especially convenient for travelers on early morning flights.
