Our stay was perfect, so five stars! The complimentary airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, and the front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommend for a transit stop.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, both the environment and the service were top-notch. The front desk even recommended a great BBQ place that didn't disappoint. When we checked out early for our morning flight, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us.

I was very satisfied with everything at the Xianyang Baiyue Hotel. The free airport shuttle service saved me a lot of hassle getting to and from the airport. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable, making it the perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Definitely a full five-star rating!

Facilities: Very comprehensive! Everything you could need, including a smart speaker (Xiao Du) for voice commands. The robot delivering our takeout was super cute. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the airport, and there are some restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues we had. We booked an airport transfer, and the driver was great and perfectly on time.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. After getting off the plane and collecting my luggage, I called them, and a car picked me up right at the exit. However, they pick up multiple guests at once, so it took a while. If you're in a hurry, you might want to consider other options.
