SSandy_sxaThe room was clean, tidy, and quiet. There was a free self-service laundry room available for washing and drying clothes. The hotel's service was unexpectedly good; from the airport pick-up and front desk staff to the laundry room attendant and housekeeping, everyone's service was almost unbelievably good, but never felt excessive or uncomfortable. Because of this hotel, I even want to visit Xi'an again, and in the future, I will definitely stay with Huazhu Group again in China (their management must be excellent). Of course, booking through Trip.com also offered many benefits, including free breakfast and dinner (the *youpo chemian* at dinner was the best noodle dish I've ever had!), and the room also came with a complimentary fruit plate.

JJiangrenDThe rooms were very clean, and the layout was quite practical. The laundry room and restaurant downstairs are shared with the Mercure hotel next door. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service, which is very convenient; just contact the front desk in advance to register, and you'll have a stress-free journey to the airport. A small suggestion: when assigning rooms, please kindly review the requests guests make when booking on platforms like Ctrip (for example, this time I requested a quiet room, not a corner room). When room availability permits, try your best to accommodate guests' preferences and needs. This would also make the check-in process faster and smoother, saving time for everyone.

SShangqingerThe hotel I stayed at this time was quite nice and I was very satisfied.
The location wasn't too remote; it was convenient to get a taxi and find places to eat, which was quite important for people like us who just wanted to explore.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unlike some places where the pillows are so hard they hurt your head, the bedding here felt nice to the touch. The bathroom had a decent separation between the wet and dry areas, the hot water came quickly, and the water temperature was consistent, making for a pleasant shower. The air conditioner was easy to adjust and not too noisy, so there was no disturbance at night.
The staff member, Xiao Zhang, was also very friendly. The price wasn't expensive, and for the quality of the accommodations, it felt like great value. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to this area.

YYiLIng001With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

GGuest UserI've stayed at this Hanting Hotel three times already. It's super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk even gives you a wake-up call before the shuttle departs, and there are frequent shuttle times. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

Except for the inaccurate positioning when copying and pasting the hotel location to take a taxi, I was dropped off at the gate of a garden at around 9pm which was at least 1000 meters away from the hotel. The two of us dragged our luggage and collapsed in a shivering cold night. I have to go all the way and ask questions. The lady at the front desk is nice and friendly🌹. She also upgraded the room to be more comfortable. Cute robot delivers fruit plate. Another great service is free airport drop-off. Thank you for the hard work of the airport drop-off guy. He delivered us to the airport safely early and helped us carry our luggage to and from the car👍👍👍. Thank you for meeting ~ lovely people👍👍👍

GGuest UserWalking around a few streets in Yongshou County, I felt that the county was a bit underdeveloped. If you have to live in Yongshou, this hotel is probably the right one to choose. After all, it is newly opened, everything is new, and the environment is very good. It can also be felt that there are still many areas for improvement. I live in 3028. The floor partition in the shower room is not sealed well. The bath water seeps all over the bathroom and it is impossible to get in even with slippers on. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I asked the waiter for some floor mats and made do with them.

GGuest UserWhat a wonderful place to rest before my 2am international flight. Inside Terminal 5, this hotel was away from the noise of the arrival/departure hall so you can get some good rest. And there’s a great restaurant next to it. It was tricky to find at first arriving by metro and I was shocked none of the airport staff could point me in the right direction. But upon messaging the hotel staff, they were quick to respond and helpful to point me to the long distance bus station on Level 1. Be careful with the other sleep pod inside this terminal as that was the default spot the airport personnel kept sending me. I want to thank the hotel staff for their kind support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place!
