Facilities: The hotel is quite close to the airport, making airport transfers very convenient. There's also a free 24-hour laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry your clothes. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned. Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

24-hour complimentary airport shuttle (T2/T3/T5 terminals): I booked this room for a layover in Xi'an, and the driver picked me up incredibly fast! The next morning, for the drop-off, they even called my room 20 minutes beforehand for a wake-up call. The service was absolutely superb. When checking in, the front desk attendant was very articulate, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. She even upgraded our room, and walking in was such a pleasant surprise – it had a lovely, sweet setup! For this price point, what more could you ask for? Everything was absolutely perfect.

We have extended our holiday vacation, returning to Xianyang and stay in this hotel again. It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

Very satisfied 👍. Except for the inaccurate positioning when copying and pasting the hotel location to take a taxi, I was dropped off at the gate of a garden at around 9pm which was at least 1000 meters away from the hotel. The two of us dragged our luggage and collapsed in a shivering cold night. I have to go all the way and ask questions. The lady at the front desk is nice and friendly🌹. She also upgraded the room to be more comfortable. Cute robot delivers fruit plate. Another great service is free airport drop-off. Thank you for the hard work of the airport drop-off guy. He delivered us to the airport safely early and helped us carry our luggage to and from the car👍👍👍. Thank you for meeting ~ lovely people👍👍👍

Walking around a few streets in Yongshou County, I felt that the county was a bit underdeveloped. If you have to live in Yongshou, this hotel is probably the right one to choose. After all, it is newly opened, everything is new, and the environment is very good. It can also be felt that there are still many areas for improvement. I live in 3028. The floor partition in the shower room is not sealed well. The bath water seeps all over the bathroom and it is impossible to get in even with slippers on. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I asked the waiter for some floor mats and made do with them.

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

My experience staying at this hotel is great. The hotel owner came to the airport and picked us up. After we reached the hotel, I realized I misplaced my bag at the airport, and the owner offered to drive me back to the airport. So me, my sister and the hotel owner went back to the airport. When we reached there, he helped me by asking the locals about seeing a bag and I found out from him someone returned the bag to the lost and found. I went into the airport to retrieve it while he waited in the car for me for around an hour. I ended up being able to retrieve my bag and I can’t be more thankful to him. The owner can speak English too. The next day, he arranged for someone to drive us to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning. We had less than 5 hours of sleep but we slept well because the bedding was really comfy. I highly recommend staying here

After getting off the plane, I called customer service, and they gave me good directions; it was actually quite easy to find. Just make sure not to ask airport staff for directions, as they might send you the wrong way 😵💫 (because T5 has three concourses). The front desk can store luggage, there's an airport restroom diagonally across, and if you walk a bit further, there's an M Stand coffee shop, a fried chicken place, and a convenience store. We just made it to the convenience store at 10:29 PM to grab some food to eat 🤣. It's small but has everything you need. The only downside is that the doors close quite loudly, so asking the staff for earplugs would help. The shared airport air conditioning is outside the pod, and there's a ventilation fan inside. After closing the door and lying down, it cooled down quickly. There's a pillow and blanket that looked very clean and had no strange odors. Being able to lie down for a few hours during a layover without leaving the airport was really satisfying.

As international travellers - we were not ready to make a call to the hotel. Despite offering pick up service we decided to catch a taxi. The driver took us to the wrong hotel- kilometres away! Thankfully the receptionist called the Aviation Hotel and within minutes they had collected us and we were safe and sound. A little older hotel, but worth the money- we had a room with a sitting room separate so it was nice to spread out a little. A great late night stop alternative rather than making the long journey into the city. Thank you for looking after two Aussies stranded in the middle of the night!
