RT TanLocation is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night.
Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize)
Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff.
Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

강연군This hotel offers the best value for money, in my opinion. The view from the restaurant was also amazing. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who was absolutely outstanding. She spoke both Korean and English, and was so thoughtful she even called to confirm our sightseeing tours and other reservations for us! If I go back, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again.

Guest UserI’d say, good job for the management for keeping their staff friendly and very accommodating. The view from the room is breath-taking. I also love the food they serve when breakfast. The room is always tidy and very much updated with the technology. This place went above and beyond my expectation.

We had a pleasant stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, making it a great option if you’re on a budget. It was also clean, and housekeeping did a good job of changing our towels and taking out the trash daily.
The room is equipped with a mini fridge and electric kettle which is very convenient. The room and the bathroom was also very spacious and it has a hot shower,, which we really appreciated. Moreover, there was also a free breakfast even though we did not avail the ”with free breakfast” price option when we booked the hotel.
Lastly, the staff are very friendly and easy to reach whenever needed.

hakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Liza TrWe booked a room with a mountain view, which was significantly more expensive than a standard room. Initially, we were put in a room with mold on the ceiling (apparently after a flood). We asked to switch rooms, but were told that the only other option had two beds (even though we booked one large bed) and that there were no other mountain view rooms available, just these two. In the second room, the view was partially obstructed by a staircase. We asked to speak with the manager, who then informed us there was one last room available. It had one large bed and a mountain view, so we decided to stay in that one. This whole experience really soured our impression. The view is beautiful, but the rooms are run-down (some are really bad, others are slightly better).

santyanThis was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff was responsive and kind, always ready to help. I felt at home every day. This hostel is also remote-friendly. There are tables and outlets on the ground floor, which was very convenient since I worked every day. There's also a cafe on the ground floor with affordable prices and large, delicious portions. You definitely won't go hungry. Generous breakfasts are available, with six different options, so everyone will find something for themselves. I really liked the banana pancake with honey. The mattress in the hostel is comfortable and, importantly, heated; it was chilly in the evenings, and that was my salvation. There was a cozy, large blanket and a comfortable pillow. One small drawback is poor soundproofing, but that's normal for hostels, so it's not a negative for me. Overall, I spent a wonderful 13 nights here and really want to come back again.

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out.
Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing.
We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
