A top-notch 5-star hotel in the city center with attentive service and spacious, comfortable rooms. The higher floors offer mountain views. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, and the pool is fantastic. A must-stay hotel when visiting Sapa.

JM travelsPositives:
Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕
Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍
Loved the house pets 💕
Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Guest UserHad a wonderful stay at KK Sapa Hotel! The location is super convenient — close to everything we wanted to see and do in Sapa.
The room was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and I loved the direct access to the garden from the balcony. Waking up to the views every morning was such a treat. The facilities were great, I'm so glad I got to try them all out!
A special shoutout to Linh for her amazing service and hospitality throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly and helpful!
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa!

hakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

LatinacsbThe staff are really friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs when possible. We came early from Hanoi on the sleeper bus and for a fee allowed us to check-in really early with breakfast and even let us upgrade our room from a city view to a mountain view. The mountain view can also be seen from the restaurant. The breakfast was nice and the options changed by day. The room is spacious and clean. We were only there one night but got a really good night's sleep. It is close to the city center and there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Both the receptionists were amazing especially the one who dealt with our check-in. Would definitely recommend!

Kimberly lizanoIf there were 10 stars, that's what I would give. It's so beautiful and the staff here are so kind. You can't say anything bad, even the transportation people are super nice. Highest quality recommendation! I will come back to you. Special mention, Ms Mai. You look so pretty, kind person! See you around!

We had a pleasant stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, making it a great option if you’re on a budget. It was also clean, and housekeeping did a good job of changing our towels and taking out the trash daily.
The room is equipped with a mini fridge and electric kettle which is very convenient. The room and the bathroom was also very spacious and it has a hot shower,, which we really appreciated. Moreover, there was also a free breakfast even though we did not avail the ”with free breakfast” price option when we booked the hotel.
Lastly, the staff are very friendly and easy to reach whenever needed.

AmilrozanI had a wonderful stay at Joville Hotel in Sapa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money—but what really made my experience unforgettable was the staff.
They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with directions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure everything was okay, their level of care and attentiveness was exceptional.
It’s rare to find such accommodating and kind service, and it definitely made my trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would gladly stay here again.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
