Facilities, hygiene, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. In particular, the view from in front of the hotel is the reason I came to Sapa. However, the location is a bit too remote, so it's difficult to get a Grab from the town late at night.

Can I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome. Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff. Another suggestion; at night it’s great to chill on the roof, but they don’t do cocktails. Just a small thing!

The hotel is quite remote from everything. We rented a motorbike, so the distance wasn't an issue. There's construction happening nearby. The hotel is new, everything is very clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent. We didn't swim in the pool, but I saw several people using it. Housekeeping is done daily. If you have a mountain view room, the view is fantastic. The air is clean and pleasant to breathe. It's quiet all around. A beautiful hotel.

This hotel is sublime. Absolutely magnificent, tucked away on a small hill with breathtaking views of all the Sapa mountains and its stunning sunsets. The breakfast is excellent as well.
