LLinWe absolutely loved Aliana. It’s a beautifully designed hotel. Rooms with balcony view towards Fancipan were spectacular. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Massage at the spa was fantastic. And service was world class level. Highly highly recommend Aliana.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a beautiful 5-star property not too far from Sapa town with luxurious interiors, stunning valley views, and excellent breakfast service—even with personal touch from the GM himself. While the overall stay was pleasant, the final day was marred by a poorly handled incident. After being locked out of the room due to a door battery issue, we were later accused of taking a missing toilet roll bag. Forced to unpack our luggage in front of others on the reception lobby floor, the experience was humiliating and upsetting. Although an apology was offered, it came too late. The lack of professionalism and proper procedures overshadowed an otherwise good stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

CCaterinaThe property is very beautiful and well-maintained. It's located in the center of Sapa. The room was very clean. The staff is always available, kind, and efficient in fulfilling every request. We were granted early check-in, having only requested it that morning. We also took advantage of the laundry service, and our clothes were returned washed and ironed within half a day. They stored our luggage at the hotel for two days while we went trekking and let us use the facilities upon our return. Highly recommended!

IIamJaneIf you like to immerse in nature, this is the resort you should booked! This resort is up in the mountains with fresh air. We stayed in a bungalow which has a nice balcony to chill. But weather was too cold to chill outside so is a pity. There’s warm blanket already lay on the bed so you won’t freeze to death during winter time😄. Breakfast was good too.
There’s free shuttle to bring you to town & back as well. Highly recommended for those who like outskirts stay which are mostly quiet & serene.

NncyVery friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel.

Unfortunately it's still under construction and it's about 2.5km away from the city centre (which is very far if you know Sapa). I had problems ordering food delivery because some riders said it was too far and unsafe. Service was great though. Pros and cons.

JJJJSWSThe resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying.
Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho.
The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

RRonWLocation is good, but extremely hard to get a cab as the streets are just too narrow, which gets a huge bottle neck with the traffic. The hotel also did not provide any support on getting a taxi as for them the main street is quite near, however it is an uphill walk, if you have a luggage it will be difficult to manage.
Room is big enough but it’s not new. You can see that it’s a bit old already.
Breakfast pho is good. But I skipped the rest.
All in all it’s just an okay in Sa Pa.

AAnonymous UserIt's an old hotel so the facilities aren't good.
But cleanliness is not bad
It's close to Sapa Center, but the slope is too high and the distance is too far to walk.
Therefore, costs rise as you have to use an electric car or taxi every time.
There is no shuttle provided by the hotel.
As for breakfast, well...nothing to eat.
Also, during breakfast time, the staff didn't care about the guests and just chatted, laughed and talked to each other... It was too distracting.
It's an okay hotel for the price and the cleanliness isn't bad either.
The ambiguous distance from Sapa Center,
The breakfast is embarrassing to say it is poor.
Disadvantages include bad work attitude of employees
If you ask me if I would visit again
I will never revisit
