Pros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa.
The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

The view is great, the accommodation is clean, and the facilities are comfortable.
It's so tiring and noisy to go around other places,
I think it would be more healing to just stay at the accommodation for a day or two.
It's quiet and the view is great, so it was the most comfortable place I've been to Hanoi and Sapa.

It was so good. I visited during the holiday season (January 27-28) and there weren't many people. I spent most of the day walking around the accommodation and the surrounding area, but I didn't see any Koreans except when they were eating breakfast. I just misjudged the people and stayed in a double room with a mountain view, but it was very private, and the room was especially great because it was clean, luxurious, and had a crazy view. The best part was that there was an electric blanket on the bed, so I thought I would die because Sapa is so cold like Korea, but thanks to it, my body relaxed. It was better than a massage. I ordered dinner from a restaurant and ate it in the room. The vegetable stir-fried noodles (also served for breakfast. It was the same taste) and vegetable cha jo (the best in Vietnam) that were said to be delicious on a blog were all delicious. I was so happy... The taxi was 100,000 dong from downtown to downtown, and 150,000 dong from the cinema to the accommodation. I got a taxi and used it while communicating through WhatsApp. I was so happy^^

I saw the pool view and booked a signature bungalow room. It was about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Sapa, so I came here thinking I would just stay at the resort, but it was really nice. It was so nice that I wanted to stay here for a long time when I had time.
