RRevSeI'm so thankful for the staff who took care of us on our stay from 14-17 December 2025. In particular I want to thank staff (Huong? I'm sorry if I am butchering your name) a lady who very kindly assisted us with a personal matter. Taking trouble and going the extra mile to make our stay safe, pleasant and enjoyable ☺️ The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. It was the first time we ate at a restaurant as a group and all orders were hits with not one miss. Only thing to mar the stay would be a leaking pipe in the bidet that soaked our floor mats but staff were quick to provide a stop gap to ensure our stay remained pleasant.

轻轻度过Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

GGuest UserThis is a really outstanding hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and communal areas feel modern and well maintained. You can use great facilities in the spa area such as heated pools and sauna rooms for free. One of the things that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and the overall atmosphere created is perfect for relaxing without any worries. Attached pictures include the mountain view from my room and one of the breakfasts I had whilst staying here.

JJM travelsPositives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

GGuest UserFirst of all, if you want a hot shower, you need to let the water run for about 10–15 minutes before it gets hot. I stayed in the panorama view room and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location is great just a 2–3 minute walk to the center of Sa Pa, but still in a quiet area. The room was fine. The bed is very comfortable, although the space to walk around is a little small. The room also feels a bit outdated with an older design, and the TV is not a smart TV. For me that was totally fine since I don’t really watch TV anyway. The bathroom was a little bit dirty (I noticed some hair from a previous guest), but nothing that would ruin your stay. Breakfast is okay, mostly Asian-style options, but still good. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay with a beautiful view and a great location.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! They have also hair blower, iron for the clothes you can ask, hot/cold showers!🥰

ZZakiMostapaMy first solo birthday trip to Sapa was truly special. I don’t regret my decision to book this accommodation at all — the view from the room and the surrounding area was surreal and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was acceptable. I had hoped they could accommodate my request for an early check-in since I was traveling on my birthday. Small gestures like this can make a big difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for early check-in, which I understand. However, since I did not proceed with the early check-in request, I expected the room to be in clean and ready condition upon arrival. Sadly, there were hairs on the bedsheet and next to the bed, as well as some stains on the sheet, which indicated that it had not been properly cleaned before my check-in. There is also a café on the property called Matsu Café, where guests can enjoy coffee and meals (non-halal). I visited twice during my stay. The barista was very nice and friendly. On my departure day, while I was waiting for my transport, he kindly offered me a cup of hot tea, which I truly appreciated.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
