"I stayed 2 nights at Sapa Bamboo Hotel. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Some attractions such as Stone Church, Sapa Square, Sapa museum, Sun Plaza and Moana are also within walking distance. (5-15 minutes) The breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and courteous. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained except the toilets at the swimming pool need improvement. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

"We had a lovely stay during our visit in Sapa at the Junior suite Mountain View at 5th floor. Great view to mountain and the lake, some part were obscured with the backyard structure from other building but can still enjoy great views. Friendly staffs and reception - Diu and Chien were quite welcoming and helpful in many ways. They speck fairly good English which is a great bonus for us. Also help as booked tickets to Fansipan which was quite convenient for not having to queue at the ticket counter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone"

"This homestay is incredibly excellent. First of all, the location is mountain-facing, almost all the rooms could enjoy nice view. There is also a lot of facilities to chill here, including a nice cafe shop, however you could sit here for free if you don’t buy any drink! Other than that, the most beautiful thing is the human! A chubby little guy is incredibly friendly and helpful! He answered us a lot of questions and has been helping us along the journey, which was like our tour guide! However, please be noted that we could speak local language and have rented a bike with us, so everything is smoother and easier. Location-wise, the homestay is around 5-7mins away from the city centre, if you couldn’t bike, maybe it’s a little bit troublesome (Bike rental is available here)! Overall, this is a very nice place! Recommend!"
