Overall all are satisfied. It was convenient because it was close to Sapa and Sun Plaza. It is a good value for money hotel. The staff are friendly. It's okay to see that breakfast is made on the spot with rice noodles or fried eggs. I've never encountered any bugs inside the room. Please note that we are only staying 1 night per itinerary. I did.

We booked 3 days and on arrival we were upgraded to a mountain view room. It was fantastic.
The room was large and well equipped with a fridge, AC, TV, hairdryer, electric kettle and several chairs and tables. All in good condition. There was also a nice little balcony with a view. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was a buffet with eggs, rice, noodles, soup, bread, sausage, fruit, vegetables, etc. Good selection, and friendly staff.
We had a good stay at Azure Sapa Hotel, and would like to come again if the road passes by again in the future.
The city has a lot to offer and is easy to get to from Lao Cai train station, either by public bus (40k) or tourist bus (100k).
You can also rent a scooter (120-150k) in town and explore the area on your own, or go on an organized hiking trip to the local villages nearby.
