The room was spacious and clean, and there's a pool with a nice environment. Since we checked in at night, be careful when opening the balcony door! There were a lot of small flying insects. For morning flights, they offer a convenient on-call shuttle service, and the staff's attitude was excellent, even helping with our luggage.

The hotel has been renovated and it's fantastic – very clean and the location is superb. Stepping out, you'll find plenty of food options which is super convenient. The foot massage place on the opposite corner is decent, but the hair wash isn't great. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

The rooms were nice, clean, right size, very friendly customer service and they prepared porridge, fried mee hoon and free flow of drinks (hot drinks making machine) and pineapple biscuits too. You also can make a hot pot of tea too. All free I really love when we reached our room after 7pm and the room air-condition were on for us but only for the 1st night. Hope they will continue to on it whenever someone booked the rooms and that will be a great services to us. The only complaint I would want to make is that they found the towel dirty and took photo telling me that I might need to pay but frankly, I did not check all the towels so I replied to them that Ive no idea of the dirt as I did not check.anyway is just a small misunderstanding. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the train station, commercial area, and night market, so it might not be convenient for everyone to walk back and forth. However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

The room is very spacious and clean. Just that the location is abit out from the city. Its ok for us because we want to stay away from city to avoid the crowd. Easily can get on maxim to anywhere in town. Parking is also easy. 👍🏼

However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

Hotel room was clean and the location very good. Staff also friendly and helpful,will back again for holidays.

Hotel a bit old like 80’s, no refurbishment at all, furniture so outdated, poor sound insulation, bathtub very dirty and only can stand on above for shower, only provide 2 bottles drinking water, 2 small soap and 1 small bottle shower gel (not sure can use or not). No hair dryer provide and told by reception guests not yet return. Anyway the location are great.

The room is clean and the bed is okay. There are towels provided for the whole room. There is one TV and one air conditioner, but I feel that people who sleep next to the door don't get affected much. But it's good that the accommodation provides a fan. However, the problem is that walking the stairs is a bit tiring because the stairs are steep and next to the accommodation there is a pub. At night, it's very loud. My friends said they couldn't sleep at all, but it's good. It's not far from the city. If the noise isn't an issue, I'm okay because I wear headphones anyway.
