If you want a slightly quiet place then this hotel is suitable for sure. The front desk staff are friendly. Environment was clean and giving comfortable feeling. Overall satisfaction on my stay. Beside hotel got a 7-11 just within walking distance which is very awesome 😊

The hotel is located in an area with convenience stores and a local community nearby, so it’s quite easy to find food and everyday essentials. However, it is a little far from most tourist attractions, so having a car would make getting around much more convenient. The room was generally nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there were plenty of pillows. The water pressure was good, and the hot water worked well. One area that could be improved is the soundproofing. I could hear doors opening and closing, as well as some knocking and other small noises from the hallway throughout the day. Cleanliness could also be improved in a few small details. For example, there were some stains around the pump tops of the soap and shampoo bottles, which made them look less inviting to use. A little more attention to these details would make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable and the facilities worked well. With some improvements in soundproofing and cleanliness, I think the stay could be even more enjoyable.

Had great underground parking. Hotel is clean. Design does feel a little dated but it’s super comfy. Aircond is super cold!

The hotel is in the same building as Hat Yai Junction railway station, which makes it very convenient for travel. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in right away, which I really appreciated. There are good restaurants nearby, and a convenience store and Kim Yong Market are within walking distance. The room might be a bit old and the maintenance was average. I initially thought the train noise would be an issue, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The lobby was under renovation during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. They provided a hairdryer, but it was broken.

Hotel in strategic location which have 7eleven, restaurant in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean but a bit ”old school” style. Price in trip.com slightly expensive then purchase from travel agent.

Facilities are good and service is great also staff was helpful. The hotel near the attractions rea such as kimyong market and lee garden night market. I am very happy for being there

I have stayed in the hotel continuously, but the restaurant on the first floor has closed. It is a pity that it may also be affected by the epidemic. This time I went to the old shop next to me and found a nearby cafe, Coffee D. The price is cheap and the coffee is delicious. Everyone You can taste it.

Hotel a bit old like 80’s, no refurbishment at all, furniture so outdated, poor sound insulation, bathtub very dirty and only can stand on above for shower, only provide 2 bottles drinking water, 2 small soap and 1 small bottle shower gel (not sure can use or not). No hair dryer provide and told by reception guests not yet return. Anyway the location are great.
