TTUNG HSWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to coming back again!

AAfifa AimiThis hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. Sorry I do not have much pictures taken inside the hotel

Location walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market but away from the chaos.. Noodle store right across the hotel entrance..

My family and I were stranded in Hatyai for 7 days due to the severe flood, and staying at this hotel truly became a blessing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel owner and his team. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care went far beyond the responsibilities of a normal hotel.
The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain.
We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart.
Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner.

FFahimnazeriMy family and I often visit Hatyai on weekends to savor the delicious Thai cuisine, but this was our first time choosing this hotel since our usual place was fully booked. Staying here changed our perspective; if we return to Hatyai, we’ll definitely pick this hotel again. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for them, and the staff is very welcoming, even allowing us to check in early. Plus, the hotel’s location is fantastic, as it’s right next to Lee Garden.
