Pros Second stay here. Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious Rooms have universal power points, very convenient. Aircon n shower were strong. Cons Buffet itens were ok, but could with more varieties. Refill was slower than tortoise. Breakfast starts at 0630hrs and burners were lighted only at 0630hrs when guests start filling the Breakfast Hall. Orange juice was at less than ¼ mark at 0630hrs, signifying that the orange juice were from the day before. When asked to refill, staff's answer was ”no more”. Stayed 5 days and the orange juice situation was an everyday affair. There was a super big tour group on one of the days, heard was a 3-bus load full of tourists. Food and beverages ran out by 0730hrs, one hour after start time and the slow refills were quickly snapped up. Not enough coffee cups to go round because of the crowd. No extra toilet roll in toilet and we had to resort to using the box of tissue in the room when toilet paper ran out.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the train station, commercial area, and night market, so it might not be convenient for everyone to walk back and forth. However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

The Owner Saved Our Lives During the Flood My family and I were stranded in Hatyai for 7 days due to the severe flood, and staying at this hotel truly became a blessing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel owner and his team. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care went far beyond the responsibilities of a normal hotel. The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain. We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart. Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner. We are truly grateful.

There is a mini Big C and 711 near to the hotel, and there are many local food and drinks stall around the area. Breakfast of the hotel also nice.

Great location, and the room had everything I needed. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center, where you can find plenty of options for massages, food, and shopping. Getting a taxi back was also very reasonable, just 100 baht per trip. Plus, there are lots of breakfast places right near the hotel.

In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

The experience is good, very good, the house is very clean, not as wet as the beach, and the boss’s service is also very good. I know that it’s raining and give an umbrella specially for me.

The hotel's location is excellent, right between the Kim Yong morning market and Lee Garden night market. The facilities are a bit old and seem like they haven't been renovated yet.

The room is clean and the bed is okay. There are towels provided for the whole room. There is one TV and one air conditioner, but I feel that people who sleep next to the door don't get affected much. But it's good that the accommodation provides a fan. However, the problem is that walking the stairs is a bit tiring because the stairs are steep and next to the accommodation there is a pub. At night, it's very loud. My friends said they couldn't sleep at all, but it's good. It's not far from the city. If the noise isn't an issue, I'm okay because I wear headphones anyway.

It's within walking distance from the station. The staff, including the cleaning staff, are all kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and a little old, but it's no problem at all!
