Hotels with Parking in Hat Yai

Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel quite nice and comfortable for stay. The staff there very friendly for help anything if can, environment and room clean, can also travel to Makro and Central Hatyai easily. If need go to town around need take grab or tuk tuk around 10min for arrival.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

The hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything was great, just the location was a bit average. But that's okay, taxis are cheap. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. You needed to log in with a separate username and password, and even then it was unstable. It would constantly disconnect, and you'd have to wait for it to reconnect or log in again with another account. It was such a hassle, why does it have to be so complicated? However, there's a massage place next door that's cheap and good! The hotel even promotes it; the flyer says 350 baht for a two-hour Thai massage, but it's actually 300 baht for two hours. It's cheap and excellent! Definitely worth checking out!

From the moment you walk in, the lobby makes a great first impression — spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you’d need. Check-in was smooth, and the range of facilities on offer meant there was no reason to look elsewhere. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully maintained, with a simple, no-fuss layout that keeps things comfortable without unnecessary clutter. Overall, a reliable choice for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming common space.

My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
