The hotel rooms are new, clean, and spacious. It looks exactly like the pictures. Pros: Close to Hatyai University. Cons: A bit far from Hat Yai city center and the popular restaurants there. Overall, it's good. I'll stay here again next time I come to Hatyai University for an exam.

The staff are polite, attentive and helpful. They are willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The gym is equipped with an adequate range of equipment. Overall, it is a good experience staying there.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

My stay was comfortable; the room was clean and the service attentive. The only minor inconvenience was a brief 15-minute power outage that night. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and a pleasant environment. It would be perfect if the electricity stability could be improved.

The breakfast set offers a wide variety of choices, with complimentary drinking water and coffee, and even a coffee machine. It's located in the alley behind the Crystal Hotel. The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

Located a short distance from night market or eateries, as long as guests are aware that clocking minimum 500 steps before you find eateries. Hotel has cafe that serves food and drinks too. Ambience is pretty good. Room only has 1 bucket in washroom to throw rubbish. A little inconvenient. Room uses yellow light. Reception area has hotel souvenirs for sale too! Hotel staff are courteous and helpful in helping us locate local markets which we wanted to visit.

The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain. We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart. Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner. We are truly grateful.
