BP Grand Tower Hotel

unfortunately..im not happy at all..cleanliness is ok.but the safety is bit disappointing.the lift is dangerous to the users.. it's close quickly even there still people entering the lift..its not safe at all..

I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.

First time went to Bp grand hotel because my Thai friend recommended is a good location and convenient. So it is good location by walking distance I can reach the lee garden and food store. 1)Please improve the check in time . Hot and crowded. 2pm every one crowded aT the hall and only two counter . All passport they keep . 2) No Wi-Fi . My room at level 6 no Wi-Fi at all . Go to counter ask the password they said automatically connected . However Feedback three times ,still the same . No sorry and tell you no Wi-Fi . 3) staff not friendly and no smile at all Because of no Wi-Fi , I need to take back my passport to buy SIM card , my own passport I want to take back and they ask me the reason why with unhappy face to give back to me 4)Big hotel 🏨 only got one lift another one under maintenance. Waited for three round and sometimes skip our floor due to overload.

Location is very good around hotel can have many nice food near by 7eleven

The location of this property is excellent. However, due to 1 of the lift was under maintenance, it actually caused some disruption to the guest staying there. Overall experience is acceptable.

This is not my first time staying here at BP Grand Tower Hotel, loved their location which I like very much and their rooms although a bit dated but always clean. The reason I took a star away from cleanliness because my light fixtures wasnt working and my room was very dark. Inform the front desk and they said they got it fixed but when I got back, it was still the same but I was a bit lazy to go request for a room change.

The all food stall nearby and in front got 7 E store....Love it so much and will come again next time..

one lift is working only.  Toilet floor not clean. Fridge is rustic, Notice only one chamber maid so I don’t expect it be clean.

This hotel was way better than we expected and they let us check in early which was really appreciated after the night train.
