The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and great for sleeping. The staff were all very friendly. Even though there's no elevator, they helped carry our luggage up to the room. The only downside was too many mosquitoes. I hope they can improve their mosquito control for next time.

I've stayed here several times, but this is my first time in a street-view room, and it's on a high floor too! There were no rooms available at first, luckily I managed to book one through Trip.com 😅. The lower-floor rooms I stayed in before weren't as good, to be honest.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the room for our anniversary and requested some decorations. For only 150 baht, they did a lovely job and my partner was so surprised! 🥰 Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, they thoughtfully left 2 bottles of water and a toilet roll outside our room. Such great service and attention to detail! 👍
