SeanxzqThe hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and great for sleeping. The staff were all very friendly. Even though there's no elevator, they helped carry our luggage up to the room. The only downside was too many mosquitoes. I hope they can improve their mosquito control for next time.

Pros: Close to Hatyai University.
Cons: A bit far from Hat Yai city center and the popular restaurants there.
Overall, it's good. I'll stay here again next time I come to Hatyai University for an exam.

CCake23There were so many guests that there weren't enough tables in the dining area. I was staying with my two young children, so I had to carry them and our food up and down the stairs multiple times because we couldn't eat downstairs. They really should expand the space. The room was still fantastic, but the air conditioning in the room was a bit confusing to adjust. I had to set the AC to a temperature lower than the room temperature, otherwise, it would cut out. The hotel technician said they haven't been able to fix it yet. In the middle of the night, the room temperature would drop to 22 degrees, so I had to adjust the AC to 21 degrees, which was really cold. I'm sensitive to cold, and if I didn't adjust it, I'd hear the AC cutting out all night. Other than that, everything else was great, and the swimming pool was awesome.

RoserelaI've stayed here several times, but this is my first time in a street-view room, and it's on a high floor too! There were no rooms available at first, luckily I managed to book one through Trip.com 😅. The lower-floor rooms I stayed in before weren't as good, to be honest.

vongcatcatThe hotel's most impressive features are the beautiful lobby, automated toilets, and bathroom decor. However, the in-room toilets are not automated, and the bathroom tiles are different. The shower gel smells lovely, but the shampoo leaves hair dry, and there's no conditioner. The water pressure is poor, and the hot water is unstable. There are no slippers and no doorbell. The internet disconnects during the day and can't be reconnected. Soundproofing is bad, but the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hotel's ground floor offers complimentary coffee and snacks, but the drinks are unpleasant; many people just pour coffee and leave it untouched. There's no air conditioning indoors. The location is very convenient, with excellent connectivity. It's a 3-minute walk to Peter's Panang Nian Gao, an 8-minute walk to Hood Coffee (highly recommend the 'dirty' coffee – it's not too sweet or greasy), and a 10-minute walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza, where you can find anything you want to eat. If it rains, you can borrow an umbrella from the hotel. The staff are nice, and the hotel can arrange car transfers for guests to and from Penang, the Malaysia border customs, and tours in Songkhla city, costing around 2,000-3,000 Thai Baht. In-room massage services can also be booked.

This hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand, boasts an excellent location, just an 18-minute drive from the airport, with a peaceful and quiet surrounding environment. My stay was comfortable; the room was clean and the service attentive. The only minor inconvenience was a brief 15-minute power outage that night. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and a pleasant environment. It would be perfect if the electricity stability could be improved.

icyduckling25Aloha Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy.
The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.
