The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and I slept very well. I would definitely come back again in the future!

Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations, which made the trip feel smooth and stress-free. What I loved most was how convenient the hotel made my itinerary. Whether heading to Songkhla for sightseeing, enjoying local food tours, or winding down with a massage in Hat Yai, returning to Richmann Hotel always felt relaxing and welcoming. Overall, Richmann Hotel Hat Yai is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area — combining comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again!

Have a pleasant staycation here! Staff were attentive and welcoming, in house dining set was valuable, breakfast variation not that great but the view was superb which there were seats beside the swimming pool. Only one point that abit disappointing is that the hotel forgot to do some simple in-room birthday decoration that I have email requested earlier 🥲

Stayed here for 3D2N and honestly had a really good experience ✨ The hotel overall feels very clean, modern and gives a luxury resort vibe. The swimming pool area was beautiful and perfect for photos 📸 We tried 2 different room types during our stay and both were comfortable and nicely designed. Service was also very good — staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay 😊 One thing to note is that the dine-in breakfast is only available for selected room types. But the breakfast experience was really worth it! Each person can choose 2 main dishes, and the presentation was very aesthetic and delicious 🍳✨ Definitely more than enough food. Although the hotel is not located near Lee Garden area, getting around was still very convenient. It only takes around 10-15 minutes by Grab or Tuk Tuk to reach the city centre 🚕 Perfect for couples, family trips and even a relaxing getaway. Plus point for having free parking too 🅿️ Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hat Yai 💯

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It comes with a bathtub, which is a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, the pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room is big. Have bathtub and the toilet also big..the pool not to big..breakfast not halal but serve no pork. Tv also got youtube and big screen..overall will repeat🫶🏻

The hotel is very friendly,good service and breakfast buffet is delicious. This is the second time I stay at this hotel my son was very enjoy here
